Extensive wooden decking and a dedicated washing machine are features you will not find on many caravans on this park. Blackout curtains and memory foam double bed mattress ensure your sleep will not be disturbed. Electric Dehumidifier keeps the air clean and dry.

A. LOCATION: St Minver is a small village set on the picturesque North coast of Cornwall with its breath taking scenery, near to Wadebridge and Polzeath, minutes from the sea. Only a few miles from Port Isaac and Rock where you can catch the ferry over to Padstow for a bit of crabbing or have lunch in Rick Steins restaurant.
The caravan at St Minver Holiday Park is set on the grounds of an old manor house and the Caravan is on a quiet woodland cul -du -sac near to the swimming pool in the centre of the park.
This is a Non-smoking caravan and no dogs are allowed.
B. THE PARK OFFERS:
Indoor heated swimming pool with toddlers pool, Sauna, Show bar entertainment venue and bar (pool and facilities closed after October but open Christmas week and New Year for a party).
Children’s clubs, Pizza and Steakhouse Restaurant,, Outdoor picnic area with tables, Wi-Fi access (in designated areas), Pool, darts and table tennis, Soft Play Area, Amusements, Mini supermarket, Little lending library, Children's playground, Multi-sports court, Nature trail, Woodland walk and path to St Minver village, Surfing lessons at nearby Polzeath beach*, Launderette payable locally.
C. WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THE CARAVAN AT ST MINVER HOLIDAY PARK:
The Keys, Sheets (Double and singles), Duvet covers, Pillow cases unless for an extra £30 unless stated. Shower towels, Swimming towels, Hand towels (for WC and shower room), Tea towels, Loo and kitchen roll, Food + drink (Sainsbury's and Tesco internet shop delivered if ordered in advance) Charcoal and matches (Brick BBQ and grills in boiler cupboard) Washing machine tablets/powder/conditioner.
Travel cot on request (please confirm at time of booking if required).
WHAT YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE TO THE CARAVAN AT ST MINVER HOLIDAY PARK:
Pillows, Duvets, Blankets, Cleaning liquids and equipment, Washing up liquid, Bed mats.
D. HOLIDAY PARK BOOKING CONDITIONS (imposed by the Park Owners):
The caravan at St Minver Holiday Park may NOT be booked by
1. A party where half or more of the party are between 17 and 25yrs
2. An all-male or an all-female party of more than 4 people.
3. A party where all the people are under 18yrs
4. A party exceeding six persons.
5. A person under 21yrs
6. One person for more than 60 consecutive days.
E.CLEANING AND DEPARTURE: The caravan at St Minver Holiday Park is in immaculate condition, it is not rented to the park, we treat it like our home with personal furnishings and scenic pictures and we like to keep it that way for your enjoyment as well as ours. Departure is by 10am on the day you leave. Bins and hoover must be emptied, Please make sure you take all your property with you on departure. We will endeavour to return any lost property, however you may need to wait a while.
F.HOLIDAY PASSES: Anybody over the age of 2yrs needs a pass to use the swimming pool or to join in kids clubs. Passes can be arranged at additional purchased for £16 per adult £12 per child from reception.
Whilst we cannot always guarantee warm sunny weather our aim is to ensure that we provide you with quality accommodation, in an excellent location with great facilities. All the ingredients you need for a relaxing holiday in Cornwall!
G.PETS -We don't let out our caravan to dog owners. That includes friends and family. No exceptions.
