A. LOCATION: St Minver is a small village set on the picturesque North coast of Cornwall with its breath taking scenery, near to Wadebridge and Polzeath, minutes from the sea. Only a few miles from Port Isaac and Rock where you can catch the ferry over to Padstow for a bit of crabbing or have lunch in Rick Steins restaurant.

The caravan at St Minver Holiday Park is set on the grounds of an old manor house and the Caravan is on a quiet woodland cul -du -sac (complete with resident squirrels, owls and other wildlife) near to the swimming pool in the centre of the park.

The caravan at St Minver Holiday Park is set in a country location and to try and preserve the rural character of the park there are areas of uneven ground, unmade up tracks and paths, and limited lighting. We ask you to take special care to avoid accidents. Decking also can be slippery when wet. This is a Non-smoking caravan and no dogs are allowed.

B. THE PARK OFFERS:

Tots Stars up to 4 years, Star Landers up to 10 years, Freestyle 10-15s, Pizza and Steakhouse Restaurant and takeaway, Outdoor picnic area with tables, Wi-Fi access (in designated areas), Pool, darts and table tennis, Soft Play Area, Amusements, Mini supermarket, Little lending library, Children's playground, Multi-sports court, Nature trail, Woodland walk and path to St Minver village, Surfing lessons at nearby Polzeath beach*, Launderette payable locally.

C. WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THE CARAVAN AT ST MINVER HOLIDAY PARK:
The Keys, Sheets (Double and singles), Duvet covers, Pillow cases [unless stated as included for an extra £25] Shower towels, Swimming towels, Hand towels (for WC and shower room), Tea towels, Loo and kitchen roll, Food + drink (Sainsbury's internet shop delivered if ordered in advance) Charcoal and matches (Brick BBQ and grills provided), Washing machine tablets/powder/conditioner

WHAT YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE TO THE CARAVAN AT ST MINVER HOLIDAY PARK:
Pillows, Duvets, Blankets, Cleaning liquids and equipment, Washing up liquid, Bed mats (please use if still in nappies or likely to wet the bed)

D. HOLIDAY PARK BOOKING CONDITIONS (imposed by the Park Owners):
The caravan at St Minver Holiday Park may NOT be booked by
1. A party where half or more of the party are between 17 and 25yrs
2. An all-male or an all-female party of more than 4 people.
3. A party where all the people are under 18yrs
4. Where the booking total exceeds the sleeping capacity of 6
5. A person under 21yrs
6. One person for more than 60 consecutive days.

E.CLEANING AND DEPARTURE: The caravan at St Minver Holiday Park is in immaculate condition, it is not rented to the park, we treat it like our home with personal furnishings and scenic pictures and we like to keep it that way for your enjoyment as well as ours. You agree to leave it by 10am on the date of your departure clean and tidy. Bins and hoover must be emptied, Please make sure you take all your property with you on departure. We will endeavour to return any lost property, however you may need to wait a while.

F.HOLIDAY PASSES: Anybody over the age of 2yrs needs a pass. You need these passes to be able use the swimming pool, join in kids clubs. Passes can be arranged at additional cost around £12 per week per person or can be purchased at any time from reception. We can arrange these passes for you if required provided the booking form is received no later than 14 days before your arrival date.

We will be happy to provide you the full booking conditions and to answer any questions you may have on our caravan at St Minver Holiday Park. Whilst we cannot always guarantee warm sunny weather our aim is to ensure that we provide you with quality accommodation, in an excellent location with great facilities. All the ingredients you need for a relaxing holiday in Cornwall!

G.PETS -We don't let out our caravan to dog owners. That includes friends and family. No exceptions

We were really lucky to find this holiday home for a last minute booking! The owners were easy and responsive to deal with, even offered to make up the bed at no extra charge when they realised we were just two retired people, and made the whole booking experience enjoyable. The caravan is just like new - spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished including pictures and ornaments selected by the owners to make it a real home from home. Everything you could possibly need for a holiday break is provided, including books, games and colouring sheets for the children (which we didn't use of course) and we totally recommend this caravan for any family holiday.

Superb caravan, location and service from the owner with a no hassle booking arrangement. The caravan has everything a young family needs for a good holiday, was well equipped and very clean. Especially liked the brick BBQ and substantial decking, outdoor table and chairs which made eating outside enjoyable. The Washing machine at the rear of the caravan was really handy. Great location for Rock, Daymer and Polzeath beaches when the family were not in the lovely pool at the Park. Would definitely recommend this caravan and will return again for another great holiday at St Minver in 2017.

A fantastic holiday in an immaculately clean, spacious caravan. The accommodation is very well equipped, with the washing machine being an added bonus! With three older children and two under 2, the site is ideal for all ages with a swimming pool, play area and mini golf. It's also very well situated for fantastic days out...with Rock and Polzeath just minutes away we were able to pop down to the beach in the evenings and then return to relax in the peace and quiet of the caravan. The booking process is very straightforward and the owners are very helpful-excellent communication. We would highly recommend everything about our holiday and would definitely return.

Enjoyed a wonderful week in this clean and exceptionally well equipped caravan. The addition of the washing machine was much appreciated for keeping on top of beach towel washing, which thankfully we did use despite the rain at the start of our stay. The equipment in the kitchen was all you could expect from your home kitchen. We didn't spend too much time on the site as we were visiting family in Cornwall, but the caravan is in excellent position for the pool, reception and the entertainment complex, all of which looked great for families, as was the park in general. The park is in a great location for visiting Padstow, Rock, Port Isaac and Bodmin and we also easily made trips to South Cornwall too. The booking was straight forward and communication excellent. Would happily stay here again and happily recommend to others.

We had a fantastic week staying in the caravan. It is well decorated and resourced, has all the facilities needed, and is very comfortable and spacious- and cosy at the same time. We have 4 children ages 9, 7, 2 and 5 months, and it suited us very well. The local facilities at the site are great, and the staff are friendly. Quick access to Rock (great fish and chips). Look forward to going back at some point. Highly recommended. Thank you to the owners for all that you have done in making the caravan a great place to stay.

The caravan is in immaculate condition and has everything you are likely to need. The park was nice and had good facilities for young children with a play area, crazy golf, indoor soft play and table tennis. The pool was a little on the cool side but clean and in good condition.
