Owner Description

Welcome to the Min y Mor holiday home, under new ownership since April 2019. This modern 3 bedroomed, 6 berth caravan is ideal for a holiday, accommodating a family of up to 6. It has one double bedroom and two twin rooms. Each of the three bedrooms has a fitted wardrobe for storage and oil filled radiators

There's a spacious open plan living/dining area with a gas fire, 40 inch Smart / Sky free view digital TV, DVD player and a wide choice of DVDs to choose from. A docking station suitable for use with iPhones, iPods and android devices is also provided. Our holiday home has a modern kitchen including all the necessary appliances you will need to enjoy your stay.

There are two WCs, one in a spacious bathroom with a walk in shower, whilst the other is separate with its own basin. The home has been fitted with brand new decking, which includes a spacious seating/dining area and lockable gates. A high chair and bed guard can be provided on request. Bed Linen and Quilts can also be provide at no extra charge. At the side of the caravan is parking, and direct access to the beach is just yards away.

The Golden Sands Holiday Park is open 12 months a year, with gas and electricity included in the rental price. Golden Sands Holiday Park entertainment passes are NOT included in the price, and should be purchased directly from reception prior to its closing on the day of arrival. The owners are reasonably local to the area and will meet and greet each family on arrival. An information pack and details on all local activities is also provided.

  • Additional Info: Golden Sands park is open all year round and has fantastic amenities which include an indoor swimming pool (with activity sessions), indoor play area, bar with Sky Sports, restaurant, amusement arcade, daily entertainment, laundrette, shop and takeaway. Outside is an adventure playground, a multi sports court and direct access to the beach. Within walking distance to golden sands park is an ASDA supermarket, weekend markets and a funfair. Other nearby resorts include Llandudno, Conwy, Rhyl, Abergele and Towyn.
