SANDY BAY LODGE is situated on the 5 Star Rated Year Round Par Sands Holiday Park, Par, Cornwall. Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our delightful Privately Owned Three Bedroom Luxury Lodge which is located in a peaceful corner of the park, yet has access to all that the complex has to offer, including, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court, snack bar, secure children's play areas, Just a short walk to the beach with its sandy beach and shallow waters. This makes it ideal for children.

Its also one of Cornwall's few dog friendly beaches, (please note there is no lifeguard so children need to be supervised). You may also see horses on the beach, and swans swimming in the sea. There is also a large lake inhabited by Ducks, Swans, Canada Geese & Moorhens

The ultimate in holiday accommodation this gas central heated double glazed 20ft x 40ft Boston Luxury Platinum Lodge is a home from home consisting of Three bedrooms 1 double with en-suite 2 twin bedded rooms All have flat screen TV,s. And free sat (there is a sofa bed in the living room) Separate bathroom with shower, a large fully equipped modern kitchen with 5 burner gas hob, gas oven and grill extractor hood, integrated washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, breakfast bar all necessary bed linenpots pans crockery, Tassimo Coffee maker, George Forman Grill, Slow Cooker, flat ware and cooking utensils.

Dining room and Lounge with electric fireplace, wall mounted 48 in HD flat screen TV Free sat and DVD. Outside is a raised deck and great views of the beach, and surrounding areas. Electricity, Gas Central heating bed linen (not for travel cot)included. 2 Pet welcome cost Forty pounds per week per dog regret no smoking inside property, Also park rules prohibit lettings to same sex parties
The Park Management does not allow commercial type vehicles ( Transit type vans) only vehicles registered as passenger type to be parked on the site

Par is located on the main line train network with frequent trains to all major cities (London in just over 4 hours). There are two family and dog friendly pubs within a 5 min. walk that serve home cooked meals, local ales and ciders. A Post Office, Chemist, Food shops, Hairdressers, Off Licence and Takeaways. St Austell with its shops, cinemas, restaurants, pubs, galleries, a Tesco, Aldi, and Asda are within a twenty minute drive.

This is the perfect base to explore Cornwall from the historic fishing ports of Looe, Fowey, Mevagissey, with their harbours shops, restaurants and bars The Eden-Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan or explore the Camel Trail are just a short drive away or a bit further afield are St Ives Padstow (Rick Stein) Port Isaac (Doc Martin), Tate St Ives, National Seal Sanctuary, St Michaels Mount, Newquay.

Family With Young Children

Modern, very spacious and well equipped lodge. Fantastic position on a lovely 5* park. Beach just yards away, great for children and also a woodland path great for dog walking. Thoughtful and helpful owners. Everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Many thanks.
