The weekly rate is between £400 and £500 and the nightly rate is between £65 and £75 depending on season.
Arrival and departure can be any day, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Prices are for a maximum of 4 guests.
We do allow pets by prior arrangement. HOWEVER UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MUST YOUR PET BE LEFT ALONE IN THE CARAVAN AT ANY TIME OR ALLOWED ON THE FURNITURE

£75 a night £500 a week July, August, Bank Holidays, School Holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year
We do allow pets by prior arrangement but charge an additional £20 a week or £15 for a short break

25% reservation deposit on booking with the balance payable 4 weeks before your stay
Prices include Electricity, Gas, Clean Linen and Towels. This luxurious bright and modern holiday home is sited on the Award Winning Avon Estates just a mile outside Stratford on Avon. The amazing on site £3m clubhouse is a couple of minutes walk away, and with over a mile of free fishing on the River Avon, making this a perfect holiday destination.
The 2 bedroom home has double glazing and central heating throughout, a full kitchen, shower room and en suite toilet.
There is a spacious lounge with ample wrap around seating, an attractive fireplace with electric fire, a 32inch TV and a DVD player. The open plan plan dining area leads into the fully fitted kitchen, with a full size gas cooker, an integral fridge freezer, and microwave plus all the other electrical kitchen items like kettle and toaster
There are 2 bedrooms, a double with ample fitted wardrobes and an en suite toilet and washbasin, and a single also with fitted wardrobes. To complete the accommodation there is a family shower room, with a full size walk in shower, washbasin and toilet.
Outside there is a parking bay, a grassed patio area with table and chairs.
Gas, electricity, clean linen and towels are all provided within the rental price.
Arrival and departure can be any day of the week subject to availability.
