Owner Description

This Platinum 3 bed Double Glazed and Central Heated caravan with full wrap round decking with patio doors is available for hire with a £75.00 secured booking fee. Holidays available for 3,4,7. 10 and 14 nights check in/check out days are Monday's Friday's. Ideally situated near child play area and Funworks and the beach for fun. This Platinum Graded caravan with Double Glazing and Central heating.

3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 guests. The lounge has 42" TV & DVD player and a selection of DVD'S xbox and controller. Free standing corner sofa. Electric fire with flame affect. Fully fitted kitchen with 4 ringed gas hob, oven and separate grill, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, toastie machine and kettle and Tassimo coffee machine. All cooking utensils and crockery for guests and plenty of storage cupboards. Dining area as a free standing dining table and 4 chairs.

Master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes with draws TV with built in DVD player with an en-suite.

Two twin rooms both have wardrobes and storage. One room has the beds top to tail and the second bedroom has the beds in an L shape one bedroom TV with built in DVD.

Travel cot provided NO bedding is provided for travel cot.

Large Bathroom with walk in shower cubicle 1 toilet and wash basin.

Freshly laundered bedding with beds made up for your arrival with a of charge on all bookings

Small collection of books and games console are provided for your use. Park Wifi is available within the caravan.

Complimentary welcome pack containing first hot drinks are included free of charge for all bookings.

Dogs welcome with an extra cost subject to a maximum of two small dogs or one large. Terms and conditions apply. Please note that Haven do not permit certain breeds on the site. Havens rules apply whilst walking dogs on site.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

£75 deposit per booking is required to secure your booking. Holiday cannot be held without a deposit payment.

Payment in full is due 6 weeks for school summer holiday dates. Failure to pay in full by the given date may result in your booking being cancelled with no deposit refund. Once balance has been paid in full you will receive email confirmation, a copy of the caravan inventory and map showing the location of the caravan.

An additional £75 refundable security deposit is payable on payment of the final balance. This is to cover any loss/damage which may occur to the caravan or its contents. This will be returned immediately by bank transfer following inspection of the caravan as long as it has been left in a clean and tidy condition and no loss/damage has occurred. Please allow 3 working days for this to show in your account once you have provided your bank details.

Pets: Dogs permitted subject to a maximum of 2 small dogs or 1 large dog. Only well behaved and trained dogs are permitted. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Dogs must not be left in the caravan alone for long periods of time and must be in a cage if left alone in the caravan.

Please note Haven do not permit certain breeds on site.

Please note that this is a NO SMOKING caravan. Any evidence of smoking within the caravan will result in the loss of your security deposit.

Park passes are not included in the price. These are required for entry into the entertainment complex and swimming pool. These can be purchased direct from Haven upon arrival if required prices listed below.

HAVENS RULES: Please note that no single sex group bookings are allowed. Minimum age 21 for the lead person.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: Easy bank transfers direct to owner. Keys Full information for access to the caravan will be provided once balance has been paid.

PLEASE NOTE ONLY THE GUESTS WHICH ARE NAMED ON THE BOOKING FORM ARE PERMITTED TO STAY.

A full inventory is provided for your use please take care of all items which are provided for your convenience and enjoyment.

Guests agree to take care of the caravan and will leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition at the end of their holiday. Any damage must be reported to the owner immediately. No dishes to be left on the draining board, grill pan to be cleaned after use etc. If the caravan is left in a dirty condition an additional charge of £30.00 will be billed to the party leader to cover additional cleaning costs.

No furnishings, cushions or stools etc are to be taken outside the caravan.

Funworks passes are required for entry into funworks which are available at extra cost from reception. Other facilities on park are available without passes. The owners are not responsible for provision, change or withdrawal of entertainment or facilities at the park.

Cancellation policy: If you have wish to cancel your holiday you must notify us immediately in writing. If you cancel your holiday before your balance is due this result in the loss of your deposit. If you cancel after your balance has been paid then you will only receive a refund of your security deposit. I will re advertise your holiday as a cancellation and any money received I will refund less a £30.00 admin fee and original deposit. If we are unable to re-let the holiday then no further refund will be given. We recommend that all parties take out adequate holiday insurance.

The owner reserves the right to exclude anyone breaking any site rules or causing damage, disturbance or similar. There will be no right to a refund from either the site or the caravan owner in such circumstances and will result in the loss of your security deposit.

We the owners will not be liable for any injury or death, loss of property or damage suffered by the hirer or any member of your party.

We the owners reserve the right to cancel your confirmed booking at anytime, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and refund all monies paid. In no event shall any monies refunded exceed the rental for the caravan.
