We would highly recommend Jay and Mel when booking a caravan on the Haven site. Lovely spacious caravan, in a very nice area of the park. The outdoor seating area is very nice also. We had a great time and would not hesitate to book again :)

Mel and Jays caravan is by far the best for any holiday we have had. Caravan is like home from home everything you could wish for. The gift package is a lovely touch for any holiday. Fantastic modern caravan in a good location on site,booking the caravan was easy also a lovely welcome pack on arrival,the grandkids loved the extra space with the wrap around decking, the caravan had everything you needed, we will be booking again and recommending to our friends.

I have stayed in a few caravans but this is by far the best caravan I have stayed in. It was immaculate, i could not find fault with it at all. It was family friendly too, I like the fact my young children could play on the veranda and I didn’t have to worry as I was able to lock the gate. The location was perfect as it was very close to all the amenities. Me and my family will definitely be staying here again as it was very good value for money. If I could have rated higher I would have.

The caravan was fabulous. We did a last minute getaway for elderly parents who love Mablethorpe. They had vans over the years and thought this caravan was spot on, everything you need and accessible to amenities. The beds were so comfy and for me that is really important! Mel was very prompt and helpful, thank you very much for a great getaway! We would definitely return and highly recommend . Lisa

Just returned from a 4 night stay ,this 3berth caravan is in an excellent position on the site it’s well equipped with very comfy beds, good size decking with furniture and good outside lighting.Our hosts Jay&Mel were very pleasant and easy to deal with .

Lorraine Ryan Just returned from a week stay in both this caravan and the new lodge next door. Information from Mel was exceptional from start to finish of our holiday. Both caravans are amazing. Home from home with everything you could possibly need including washing machine and dishwasher to sky TV. The location is superb just a stones throw away from the complex but no noise was heard from the entertainment venues. I can honestly say these are the best caravans we have ever stayed in. We would definitely be back as we all love Mablethorpe and Mel and Jays caravans make the holiday such a great stay.

We have just spent a week in this gorgeous caravan, it is the best one we have ever stayed in. There is everything you could possibly need there. My son said the bed was the most comfortable he had ever slept in.

Arrive home on Monday and already booked again for next season the caravan is stunning with a lovey private decking area.top spec and spotless clean with everything you need for long hoilday. We stayed here in this caravan for 2 weeks. It was a fantastic holiday from start to finish. The caravan was absolutely gorgeous, it was spotless when we arrived. It was on a perfect spot of the holiday park just far enough away from the nightly entertainment but close enough to walk in the morning for the mini market. The veranda is lovely and we had coffee on there every morning and the ducks came to join us aswell! It was very private. We loved having sky q there aswell! Would highly recommend this caravan to anyone, it is so worth every penny we spent on this. The owners were so nice and helpful with all our needs and the service from them was first class, so friendly and welcoming. We have been coming to Mablethorpe for few years now and this is by far the best and top class caravan we have ever stayed in! Thanks for everything and a fantastic holiday :)

Just back from a stay at this lovely caravan. Everything went very smoothly. Its a lovely clean caravan which was very homely. Its situated in a great spot, not too far away from main complex and the beautiful beach. We loved the fact the veranda had a locked gate as it meant the kids could play knowing they couldn't go anywhere. The kids also loved the daily morning visit from the ducks :) Allin all we had a fabulous stay and if we decided to return to mablethorpe we would 100% book this caravan again. Thanks so much :)

Just got back from a week in Teak Bank 11 caravan. We had a lovely holiday in a very homely caravan, which is in a great quiet location but not too far from the entertainment complex. The lockable decking area was great for our small children & the patio & grass area was lovely too for the boys to play whilst having a bbq. Caravan had all the sky channels & play station 3 which is an added bonus The complex is in a lovely location, minutes away from the beach, which is absolutely amazing. There are trains that you can go on to get to Mablethorpe seaside area which has amusements, cafes, fish & chips etc... There is a small fairground & Park area which is close to the outdoor & indoor swimming with slides. My boys loved it Thanks again for a wonderful stay

THIS CARAVAN IS A BEAUTIFUL LUXURY CARAVAN PERFECT IN EVERY WAY. WE HAD A FANTASTIC HOLIDAY HERE. THE SITE IS VERY WELL KEPT , CLEAN AND TIDY WITH EXCELLENT FACILITIES.THE OWNERS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY AND COULDN'T DO ENOUGH FOR US. THE SITE IS IN WALKING DISTANCE TO A BEAUTIFUL BEACH AND MAPLETHORPE IS A CHARMING SEASIDE LOCATION.WILL DEFINITELY WANT TO RETURN FOR ANOTHER HOLIDAY. THE CARAVAN WAS THE BEST I'VE EVER STAYED IN AND REALLY MADE OUR HOLIDAY FANTASTIC AND RELAXING

To jay and Mel. My review on the caravan is very positive. Everything was very pristine. We stayed 4th to 8th June. Lovely shower never felt so clean. Area outside is very nice just wish the weather had been a bit warmer. All rooms have television great for families with children and even a PlayStation. Just had a lovely 7 night stay in this caravan and we have to say how homely and clean this was it was the best caravan we have stayed in by miles . The beds were also very comfy with the memory foam mattresses and washing machine an added bonus. The caravan is on a great spot on the site very quiet but still close to everything we will definitely be back ! The owners were great and had great communication making sure everything was ok .Thank you very much jay and Mel we had a fantastic holiday !

nothing but the top tens for this stunning beautifull amazing huge caravan. lots of room, spotlessly clean. very very well appointed. it has so much extra inside to make it fabulous. this caravan would take some beating. its the best caravan ive ever been to. took my two teenage children and three of my grandchildren with me for a two night break. they said," oooooooh this little house is so nice and posh'. they loved it .they call caravans ,"little houses'...its so comfy and well appointed. alot of thought has gone selflessly into that van to make a families break memorable. its amazing.every box is ticked with this van and so much more. i challenge anyone to find a better van at a better price. its more than reasonable. the owner jay, said we didnt have to rush off in the morning as no one was needing the van straight away.....what a kind and generous offer.the communication is there too just a txt or call away, the landlord jay is very accomodating, i didnt want three nights and all i can say is he was there straight away to offer two nights. the other caravans i looked at were expensive shabby and wouldnt do two nights...jay was more than happy to do two nights ,fri/sat etc. this caravan was an experience.thankyou jay and mel for letting use your caravan for the weekend xx we all loved it xx you will not find a better caravan, nor pay a better price for the luxury accomodation and attention to your families needs.xx

Daniel Bensley Gateshead College Just come back from staying in the 3 bed Everglade and we all agree its probably the best caravan we have stayed in, very very clean, homely & warm, not too far to walk to the complex either. We met Jay this morning and had a look at the new 2 bed caravan (Teak Bank 40), again this is clean & welcoming but it has an excellent layout with loads of room, Jay himself is also a lovely bloke who takes the time to make sure everything is right for your stay along with his wife Mel. We would highly recommend and we will be booking again.

Thanks to Jay for this lovely caravan and lovely stay. It didn’t matter that the weather was a bit chilly because the caravan was lovely and warm and it was only a short trek to the main complex. The caravan itself was very nicely presented and modern - would absolutely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at golden sands in this caravan, we have three disabled children who suffer from anxiety issues when away from home this caravan was so homely that after the first night staying in the van they were at complete ease, especially as all the rooms had TVs and lamps. The van was spotlessly clean on our arrival and we loved the location as it's not to far away from the entertainments complex but not to close so u don't hear any loud noise at night we will defiantly be considering returning again and will defiantly book with jay again thank you for an amazing holiday.

Absolutely loved this caravan, spacious, clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed from cooking materials to cleaning materials. It was like home from home. My boys lived the caravan as they had TVs in all rooms and the PS3 was a godsend on our only rainy day. Quiet area and very close to all amenities. We cooked every night without any issues at all. Booking was easy and Jay was very flexible. He answered any questions promptly. We love this caravan and already booking to go back.

Ideal caravan, location and park for families. The caravan has everything you want with added extras you don't get with booking through Haven I would recommend booking diret with Jay great value for money we saved around £400 compared with Haven at peak season. Jay was great to deal with and setup payment dates that worked for us. If we come back to the area we will stay again, 5 stars.

Just returned from a 10 night break here.. The caravan was even better than we could have imagined, so many extras including heating in every room, PlayStation, coffee maker, tv in every bedroom, lovely decking area with lock for keeping kids safe.. The table was laid for our arrival and plenty of tea, coffee, etc which was a nice welcome after a long trip from Dublin. The owner made regular contact and couldn't have been more helpful. Would highly recommend. :-)

Best holiday home I have stayed in very homely and very clean this caravan to me is luxury well looked after and a well loved caravan will be staying again everything is there for all your needs beds are comfy and TVs in all rooms which is fantastic for the kids Kids enjoyed them selfs and so did we.
