2003 Cosalt Monaco Super Deluxe 38' x 13' 2 Bedrooms. A traditional specification with Outlook Doors and front decking with lights. Features double glazing, central heating, fridge, freezer, The Monaco is a homely specification with many traditional features. The lounge consists of 2 two-seater sofas and a pouffee with coordinating soft furnishings. A feature fireplace and has TV. And freeview Separate dining area with dining table and 4 high-backed dining chairs.

The main bathroom has a bath and includes a Jacuzzi style water-jet operation, toilet and wash basin,Also a separate shower The master bedroom has an en-suite wash basin and toilet. Master bedroom small king size bed and canopy draped above. Bedside lights and units. Fitted wardrobes with mirror inserts. A dressing table and stool. Twin bedroom with 3ft beds feature padded headboards, bedside unit, over bed storage and fitted wardrobe with mirror insert.

Location: We are situated on Greenways with ample space and large patio picnic. Bench with veranda and lockable gates we get sun all day we are a few minutes walk from beach and also main
