As returning visitors we can only say this holiday home has everything you can possibly need. It is spotless, has a well equipped kitchen and plenty of books, games and dvds to choose from. Even binoculars for viewing the beautiful scenery from the balcony. This is truly a well looked after caravan - it is in an elevated quiet spot giving you lovely views over the park. The welcoming marmalade and thoughtful milk in the fridge are lovely touches too. The beds are comfortable and all the soft furnishings and pictures make it a home from home. The bathroom and bedrooms have loads of storage too. You can tell the owner has put a lot of thought into making this an above average holiday home. The booking experience is a pleasure and made so easy as is the arrival process. The owner is a delight to deal with as nothing is too much trouble and any questions are always dealt with promptly and efficiently. That's why we keep coming back!

Thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely review Margaret, it was very good of you. You left the caravan as you found it, I really appreciated that I am so pleased you have placed another booking for 2023, that in itself shows your enjoyment of the.many I holidays you have taken with us over the years both in our last caravan on Pine Forest & now in our present one on Chestnut . Many thanks to you both.

This has to be one of the nicest caravans we've ever stayed in. Upon arrival we discovered fresh milk in the fridge for us along with tea, coffee and sugar so that we could have a cuppa whilst unpacking. There was a welcome card and a delicious jar of marmalade too. These little welcoming touches were lovely. The caravan itself is homely, clean and well equipped with everything you'll need. There's a good selection of books to read and dvd's for everyone. The beds are comfy with beautiful bed linen, cushions and throws. The caravan looks out over the most stunning view of the countryside and there's a table and chairs to sit on the decking and just relax and drink in your surroundings. We loved the wildlife too, from birds singing to rabbits bounding across the grass at night! Our week passed by far too quickly and we were sad to leave but will hopefully return again soon! We also want to add that Pamela was extremely helpful from start to finish and replies to all emails promptly.

Thank you so much Julie I an so pleased you all enjoyed your stay, also may I thank you all, you left the caravan immaculate, it was a pleasure to return to the caravan after your departure.. I look forward to you next visit.

My family and I have stayed in many static homes in Cornwall and Devon over the years, and this one by far the best! We arrived to a clean, immaculate home, with an amazing view. The extras, such as fruit, tea and coffee, homemade marmalade etc were very welcome and a nice touch, as was the welcoming card. Booking was simple, communication great, all in all everything went smoothly. The location of the home is about a 5-10 minutes walk from the Venue, so plenty far enough away to be quiet. Perfect - we'll be back.

Our holiday was amazing. Fist time on holiday in the UK together and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Pamela was great from our fist contact, right through to the end of our visit. The little welcome gift is a lovely touch, which proves that Pamela really cares about the guests. The caravan was spotless with breath taking views. perfect for a glass of wine on an evening watching the night draw in. Would strongly recommend. Would stay again and can't wait to go back.

Thank you so much for your informative review Darren I am so pleased you both enjoyed your stay.

What a perfect week in this wonderfully clean and well equipped caravan. Pamela and David made us feel welcome before we even arrived and we spent so much time admiring the view of Jenny's Lake to the wonderful Cornish countryside beyond...so peaceful and tranquil and although we were blessed with the very best weather Newquay can offer, this caravan is perfect any time! We look forward to the next time we can come to White Acres and hope to stay in this super holiday home. Thank you both for helping to make our holiday memories so special!

Thank you so much Adrian & Sharon so pleased you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to your next visit. Very welcome perfect visitors. perfect

Just returned from a fabulous two-week holiday in this super caravan. Lots of lovely luxury touches including quality pillows and duvets and very comfortable beds - much appreciated. Equipped with everything you could need, including books and games and DVDs for the occasional rainy hour or two. Very spacious too - not always the case in a caravan and the view across the lake to the rolling hills beyond is absolutely wonderful. Although in the middle of a row, the positioning of the caravan next to a small bank of trees makes it feel lovely and secluded and the decking is the perfect spot for a little peace and relaxation. Communication with Pamela was very smooth and easy from beginning to end and we would happily return when next we visit Cornwall. Thank you and best wishes.

Thank you so much for your lovely review Karen your description of the view was perfect I could not have put it better if I tried.Thankyou also for the high standard you returned our caravan to us after your stay.

We had a fantastic stay in this caravan. Pam's communication was excellent. She replied from our making enquiries to making the booking very promptly. When I had some questions as well when we got there, she replied immediately. She would call us for a speedy reply. Thank you! The caravan itself was immaculate! We absolutely had everything we needed. Our bed was very comfortable and even our children said that their beds were nice, soft and comfy. The view from the caravan was beautiful. It was lovely to wake up to in the morning. Thank you Pam (and to your husband) for the welcome card you left for us. The tea, coffee, sugar, milk (and toilet tissues) waiting for us already were just lovely to arrive to. We enjoyed the DVDs available for us to watch. There were table top games and we played with one of them and we had great laughs as family (it was the Mr and Mrs- How well do you know your partner?) Thank you very much for letting us check in early, we really appreciate it! Thank you very much again and we look forward to staying in your holiday home again in the future!

Thank you Dulce and family for your lovely review and also for the immaculate condition the caravan was in when you all left, it was a pleasure to come in to clean after your stay. Thankyou again.
