This 2 bedroom spacious family run holiday home is located in the quiet part of the park just 5 mins walk to the main club,beach and shops and 2min walk from the (Duck Inn) sports bar, play park. It has a decked terrace in the sun all day
The home also has a 19 inch TV in the double bedroom a fully equipped kitchen, shower/wc

Pendine sands is a clean and well maintained family park which is well located across the road from a 7 mile beach. Pendine Sands has 1 main venue which houses the indoor pool, amusements, restaurant and day/evening entertainment for all the family. Evening entertainment consists of a couple of hours for the kids, bingo, then 1-2 acts per night for all the family to enjoy. Pendine Sands also has the Duck inn which is where the holiday home is sited near.
The village has 3 convenience shops, 2 pubs on top of what the park offers, an award winning chinese restaurant, fish/chip shop and a few coffer shops for you to enjoy

The home is sited on a slight elevated pitch overlooking the park on pitch BALMORAL 73. The park is 25-30 mins from Tenby, Saundersfoot which are 2 seaside towns renowned for their beauty and beaches and also 30 mins from Oakwood theme park and Folly farm for the younger guests. Just 10 mins further there are many other attractions for great days out with the family. Laugharne is just 3 miles away where you can visit Dylan Thomas' boat house and Laugharne castle so there's plenty to do for all.

Just come back from a brilliant week in caravan, everything was perfect. Caravan was excellent, really clean and had everything we needed and more. Owner was great, very helpful and made it easy to book. Resort was great for our children, lots going on and evening entertainment was a big hit with them and so was the pool. Would highly recommend caravan and resort.

Fab location, very clean and homely feel to the caravan, felt very welcome staying in this caravan. Lovely homely caravan , very comfortable. Fab site. Couldn't have asked for anything more, we were even able to use the beach chairs and bike for my son. Would highly recommend staying in this caravan.

Fab holiday, fab location, great spot on the site. This caravan was immaculate, the cleanest one we have ever stayed in. Very homely, welcoming and comfortable. We were also able to use the chairs for the beach and my son was able to use the bike. The shower was fab, we normally have bad experiences with the showers in caravans, being too hot ot too cold with no pressure this was not the case in this caravan. I would highly recommend staying in this caravan. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful, well maintained caravan.

This was our first experience of renting privately and would defiantly recommend it. The caravan is in a lovely quiet area of the park. The van was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed with a well equipped kitchen. The owner even got a high chair for us to use.

We had a fantastic week at Pendine. The van was lovely and had everything we needed, even a needle and thread! The owner let us use a variety of equipment which made the holiday stress free. Thank you for accomading your guests so well.

A lovely, warm welcoming caravan. It was very clean and had everything you needed inside. Grate communication with the owner and made you feel at home. Very quiet location but not to far from the site facilities and the beach.
