Bookings coming through already for 2018 season. Book soon don't be disappointed!! Panoramic uninterrupted sea views from the open plan living area and front and side garden across the Solent to Cowes and to the west and east. An ever changing view. Enjoy watching the yachts racing and the huge container and cruise ships sail past close by. A genuine holiday home, unlike other holiday properties listed which are in residential areas, we are on the shores of the Solent on the perimeters of a small holiday park, surrounded by countryside, between Southampton and Fareham. A few minutes to pebbly beach with access to slipway which is great for launching dinghies, canoes and sail boards.

We bought Solent Shores 10 years ago, its a detached brick built bungalow 40 foot by 19 foot so much more room than a mobile home, with its own fenced private side garden (open to the front) and large lawned frontage with uninterrupted views across the Solent. Whether you are a couple looking for a relaxing holiday with superb sea views or a family wanting a more active holiday with lots to do in the area then this is the holiday home for you. If you love sea views and watching the yachts and ships (lots of marine apps to use so you can track the ships) you won't be disappointed with Solent Shores, with breath taking sunrise and sunsets over the water. Perfect holiday base in a real holiday home on a mobile home holiday park, for cycling and walking through adjacent country tracks and lanes. Enjoy the sea views over The Solent from the comfort of the lounge or gardens.

Enjoy walking along the miles of the Solent Way which stretches for miles along unspoilt coastline and countryside
Lots to see and visit with Portsmouth Historic Naval Dockyard and HMS Victory, Warrior and Mary Rose. The New Forest and Beaulieu Motor Museum. Paultons Park The list is endless. Set on the coast in Southern England looking over to the Isle of WIght

Open plan southerly aspect living area with sea views. Quality furnishings, Ekornes Stressless leather suite, all seats recline to relax. Bedroom 1 with king size top of the range water bed new in 2015. One guest said her husband slept like a baby in the water bed and she had a great nights sleep as he didn't snore! Bedroom 2 with 3 foot twin beds new in 2015. Both have plenty of storage in fitted wardrobes. 2 bathrooms with an En-suite shower room & separate shower room Fully fitted Oak kitchen 2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher. Induction hob and built under double electric oven and microwave, BT internet. Freeview TV Washing machine and tumble drier. Large porch area for boots etc.

it is possible for our guests to use the holiday park's tennis court, ( £10 refundable deposit to obtain key to tennis court) Also during the season from May to September guests may purchase a day or week pass from the park office to have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool with lifeguard and loungers. This pass also allows entry to the park club house which also has sea views over the Solent and has evening entertainment programme at weekends (2017 weekly charge was £60 for family of 2 adults/ 2 children)
Access to the property is via Hook Village and along a mile long country lane, used by walkers, cyclists and horse riders wanting to enjoy this unspoiled part of the Hampshire coastline. It is a 15mph lane with 19 speed bumps leading to the holiday park and access to our brick built holiday home
