Our Caravan for hire is situated on Cedar Forest on the Parkdean White Acres Holiday Park, with beautiful country views and overlooking an excellent childrens play area.

The caravan is just a short walk from the Holiday Park's main entrance and entertainment complex, which comprises Polkerris Bar, Pizzeria and Grill serving Costa Coffee with outdoor terrace, Lakeside Club with bar and live entertainment, kids and teen clubs, bowling alley, amusement arcade, swimming pool with toddler pool, gym, solarium, catch of the day fish 'n' chip shop, mini supermarket and bakery.

White Acres Holiday Park boasts 13 tranquil fishing lakes, Fishing Lodge, where fishing permits and fishing tuition can be obtained, nine hole Crazy Golf course and also First Bite cafe, close to the Lakes, serving all day breakfast and snacks throughout the day. There are a number of well equipped childrens play areas, with sandpits, one of which is directly opposite our caravan.

Close to many beautiful beaches (many famous for surfing), shopping, supermarkets, golf course and riding stables and many tourist attractions. Newquay is approx 6 miles away, where you can find a good variety of shops, pubs, restaurants, beaches, a cinema, the Blue Reef Aquarium, Newquay Zoo, Splash Pool with flumes etc, Riding Stables. Good transport links service the area with a bus stop directly outside Holiday Park with regular buses running to and from Newquay and St Austell (including late night bus services) there is a train station and bus/coach station in Newquay and Newquay Airport is approx 6 miles away.

The caravan is brand new for 2012 and is double glazed and is very well equipped with all modern facilities. The Caravan provides accommodation for up to 8 people, there are 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom with a settee that makes into a double bed in the lounge area. There are 2 bathrooms, one containing a wc and hand basin and one containing a wc, hand basin and double shower.

There is 32" flat screen TV with freeview and a DVD Player in the lounge. The kitchen is very well equipped including microwave/fridge/ kettle/toaster/full oven/crockery/cutlery/glasses/pans/cooking utensils/cloakroom cupboard housing mop/bucket/hoover/broom. All the bedrooms have wardrobes and the double bedroom has a travel hairdryer stored within the wardrobe.

There is private car parking at the caravan for 2 cars, There is also a decked patio area with ramped access which overlooks the children's play areas and beautiful countryside views. There is also a grassed area and an outside lockable fishing tackle locker.

Duvets and pillows and bed linen are provided but you must provide your own towels and tea towels. Please note that Entertainment Passes are required to use the Holiday Park's facilities and these are available from Reception.

Fishing - Parkdean rules specify that a maximum of 4 same sex angling parties are welcome where all members are over age of 25yrs. Fishing permits may be purchased from the Fishing Lodge to allow fishing on White Acres Fishing Lakes. Please note however that you cannot fish in any of the Fishing Festivals if you hire a privately owned caravan.
