NOW TAKING BOOKINGS

DEPOSIT: A £50.00 per week non refundable deposit to secure a booking.

KEY BOND / DAMAGES/BREAKAGES DEPOSIT: A £100.00 key bond is also required at time of booking. This will be refundable after your holiday providing that the key has been returned, there is no damage or breakages and that the caravan has been left clean and tidy ready for the arrival of our next guests. If after inspection the key has not been returned or there are damages/breakages or it has been left in an unsatisfactory state then the bond will be non refundable.

PETS: As a general rule we dont allow pets. We may occasionally allow a small dog in the caravan but this must be by prior permission only.

Main Description
NOW TAKING DEPOSITS & BOOKINGS FOR 2018!! *REDUCED PRICES FOR SEPTEMBER 2017!!*

There is 1 x double bedroom, 2 x twin bedrooms & 1 x double electric air bed in the lounge area. The double room has a flat screen TV with freeview channels, a wardrobe & wall mounted mirror, both twin rooms also have a wardrobe and a wall mounted mirror. The lounge has a flat screen TV (also with freeview channels) with built in DVD player. There is also a video player with a selection of videos, along with gas heater should the nights get chilly. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker (hob, oven & grill), toaster, microwave, kettle, & fridge. It has a shower room with a hand basin and a separate WC with hand basin. Our caravan is complete with all the home appliances needed for the perfect relaxing, family holiday.

Please note:
Duvets/pillows/blankets are supplied but towels, bed sheets & duvet covers are not provided due to hygiene reasons.
All gas, electric and water is included in our rental prices.
There is a hoover provided.
Our caravan is a non smoking but there is a decking area should you wish to do so.
Unfortunately we do not allow single sex party's to hire the caravan.

Bar/Club house, Launderette, Amusement arcade, Chip shop takeaway, Tennis court, Crazy golf.Attractions near by:St Merryn is known as 7 bays for 7 days, with all the beaches within a 5 mile radius (nearest beach is 1.5 miles away). Just a few mins drive away in St Merryn village there are pubs serving excellent food & drink, a petrol station & convenience stores. 3 miles away is the fishing village of Padstow. Also close by are lots of local attractions, including the Eden Project and Crealy Adventure Park
