Description

We have a beautiful holiday home available to hire. It is a 6 berth caravan with 1 double bedroom with an en suite, 1 twin bedroom and also has pull out bed in the living room. Our caravan has full central heating, double glazing, spacious living room, 42 inch TV, fully alarmed, 2 parking spaces and a spacious garden. The spacious garden has enclosed decking and modern garden furniture.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a gas oven, hob and grill, a large fridge, freezer, a kettle, toaster, microwave, sandwich toaster and cutlery etc.

Park facilities include both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a 9-hole pitch and putt, an 18-hole golf course, amusement arcades, a supermarket, takeaways, ice cream parlour, dog walks, hire centre, a gym with sauna and steam room, theme park, bowling, fishing lake, market, car boot sales, children’s clubs, bars and restaurants, and nightly entertainment.

A deposit of £75 will be required to secure your dates.
Full payment is required if booking within 6 weeks of your holiday start date. You can pay via bank transfer or PayPal, details are found below.
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable to alternative people, dates or accommodation. Deposits are deducted from the full amount.

Certain facilities and activities on park are subject to an additional cost or refundable deposit and some facilities may be restricted off-peak.

We request an Accommodation Care and Respect Bond for our holiday home. We require a £50.00 cheque which will be destroyed within 7 days as long as our holiday home is left clean and tidy with no damages. If there should be damage up and above the deposit held, you as the guest must pay the extra.

Upon your arrival, please hand in your key release form to reception in exchange for your keys. On departure please return the key to Reception.
You are required to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on your departure day. You are responsible for all members of the party and must pay for losses, breakage, or damage done to the caravan or its contents during your stay.

The price you pay includes gas and electricity. All cooking items, crockery and cutlery are provided. Quilts and pillows are supplied; bed linen is not included. Iron and ironing board are provided. High chair and travel cot also available with notice. Please bring washing up items, towels, toilet rolls, toiletries, hair dryers and your personal holiday belongings.

Only one car is included per booking. Should you wish to bring another car, you can do so but there will be a charge per extra car/night. The charge will be paid upon arrival, at reception.

We do not allow dogs in our holiday home. Any booking found to be accommodating a dog will result in your holiday being terminated without refund and you will be charged for deep cleaning the holiday home at a cost of £150.

Passes are included in your booking price. They will be provided at the office when you collect the keys and will allow you access to the park and the entertainment complex. They also give you discounts such as on swimming and soft play.

Caravan was very clean, tidy, spacious… and is in a great location, not too far from the shop or club! ???? We had a very comfortable sleep , fantastic long weekend. We've been booking Brean the past few years with the kids and grandkids in another caravan. Will definitely look into hiring again next year!!

We had a lovely stay at unity caravan site, we didn’t use the facilities on site, but paid to go in the fun fair and swimming which were good fun. The beach is close by so that was lovely too. Overall a good holiday, the caravan was clean modern and spacious.

Be aware when arriving we had to pay extra £39.60 for Compulsory Park pass to get on site. We were not told about this extra cost. Good caravan but settee was well worn and uncomfortable. Caravan in good location

Lovely caravan top notch for family of 4, however be aware you have a fee to pay on arrival compulsory park passes,also found it very hard to contact the owners at times other than that good place to stay ????????

Absolutely stunning caravan! Great location. Very comfy and lots of room in the seating area for kiddies to play without any bumps Washing up liquid cloths and tea towel provided which is great! Owner very good communication too. Look forward to making another booking in this homely caravan xxxx

Just returned from a brilliant few nights at Unity. The caravan was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location on site was great, close to everything but still very peaceful, we would definitely stay again.

Please include dates and number of people. Passes are included. We hire out our caravans Monday - Friday, Friday - Monday and full week bookings. We do not take any other bookings such as one night stays or any holidays that don't start on a Monday or Friday.
