HAVEN DEVON CLIFFS, SANDY BAY, EXMOUTH..
Our Platinum caravan is sited on Karo Place. It has fabulous panoramic sea views, a large decking area on the side and private parking next to the caravan. It is a 40ft x 12ft wide 2013 swift Bordeaux, with double glazing and central heating throughout.. It has 3 bedrooms, double and two twin rooms, and sleeps 6 people comfortably. (There is no additional pull out bed in the lounge for additional sleepers). The bedrooms all have fully fitted units and provide plenty of storage space.
With a bright and spacious lounge and a contemporary fireplace, this is the perfect place to relax, along with a 32" TV/DVD combi with built in Freeview and a Zonal MP3 system with integrated speakers. This caravan is furnished to a high specification and hopefully provides all you will need to have a comfortable and relaxed holiday.
The entertainment complex and private beach are within a 5 minute walking distance from the caravan.
The 5 star facilities at Devon Cliffs include a large heated indoor pool complex with flumes and water play area, outdoor multi-level pool including multi-lane slide with patio complex, all-weather multi-sports court, bungee trampolines, climbing wall with abseiling, archery, adventure golf and a fantastic luxury Spa and treatment rooms.
There are kids' clubs for all ages. The park offers an incredible range of leisure activities including live entertainment in the two show bars.
Plenty of eating venues to choose from to include Kentucky, Burger King or just your normal fish and chips.
Caravan has a no pet policy.
No smoking policy.
