If you are considering booking this caravan don't hesistate, you won't be disappointed. I would definitely book it again. Had a lovely long weekend. Ideal position which is a 2 minute walk to the coastal path and the new kid's play/ dining area, but still a quiet spot. Clean, comfortable caravan which is wider than most. Excellent fast communication with the owner. The swimming centre here is particularly impressive.

First caravan holiday for my two nephews and could not of asked for anything more, everything was perfect - even the weather They thoroughly enjoyed themselves, loved the caravan and being so close to the beach. Natalie always responded quickly and answered the questions I had prior to booking. Deposit was paid back really promptly. Would not hesitate in booking this caravan again. Thank you.

This is a lovely caravan situated in a peaceful location on hafan y mor. Caravan has everything you need for a great holiday and is close to the beach and havens entertainment facilities. Natalie was very quick in responding to all our texts making booking very simple. Caravan was ready before check in time so we were able to get in earlier.( no long queues waiting for keys) Deposit was returned the evening we arrived back home. Overall an excellent experience and would definitely do it all again in the future.

Lovely caravan would recommend. Owner very easy to deal with, prompt at replying and quick at sending deposit back after our holiday. Caravan situated on nice quiet area of the park. Its a great site for families with young or older children. So much to do activity wise and plenty of places to eat if you don't want to cook. We ate several times at the 'Coast house' bar and grill and food was fab! Definitely will go again.

What I can I say except it was like a lottery win having this caravan. I checked the site and found this caravan, the reviews and photos sold it to me, however the photos don’t do the caravan justice as it really is a gem of a caravan in the flesh.The price we paid for the week was beyond reasonable. The van was spotless, spacious and has everything you need. It had the added advantage of decking too which we took advantage of as the weather was great. There was no issues during our stay and you can tell the caravan is well looked after and maintained. The site itself is huge and has pretty much everything you need, one perk I found was the cash machines on site are free of charge, nowadays there are normally small charges for withdrawals but not here. Plenty of activities for people with children, bingo and live entertainment on the evening for the older people to enjoy. Overall I’d stay here again without a doubt. A special shout out goes to the owners communication and ease of booking, I honestly wish the service i experienced booking was the same everywhere, it was fantastic and painless and overall with the stay included was beyond a 10 star rating. Would defiantly book again.

Just got back from 5 night in this beautiful caravan! The caravan is in a great location close to the beach and amazing value for money. Very clean and good size, Natalie was amazing nothing was too much trouble. We had our deposit back very soon after leaving, We will deffo be using this caravan again next year. My little boy absolutely loved being here and had an amazing holiday and deffo didn’t want to leave! Thanks again! Highly recommended

Just on our way home from 3 nights in Natalies caravan. I have to say for the location and cleanliness etc, this is by far the nicest and best value for money we have been in! You usually pay am arm and a leg for a caravan so close to the beach! Natalie was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. We only planned on staying for 2 nights as wasnt sure how my 10 week old would be. However, we stayed the extra night as my 7 and 10 year old absolutely loved being over this side of the park, they loved exploring, and walking to the beach. Plus the van was so comfortable and homely, i didnt wamt to leave. We have previously stayed on the other side of the park with haven, but the music from the club and through traffic with people coming back, disturb myself and the children. But I can honestly say it was so peaceful and relaxing here I can't wait to book again! Even the othe half commented on how nice it was and he would come back, so high praise because he never normally has an opinion on anything.

What a lovely holiday we all had, the resort is really good and plenty to do, the accomadation certainly matched the resort, Natalie was on the ball whenever we needed any questions answered....top host, the caravan was clean, lovely situated and very homely, deffo recommend and will see the park and caravan again for sure

We rented this caravan for a long weekend and had a lovely time, caravan was clean and tidy. Hassle free booking at a resonable price, great communication from owners and no problems. The haven site is fab and loads to do even when the weather wasnt great. Will definatley book with you again

We just returned from a lovely weekend at this van. We had previously rented this van last year at a days notice owners where brilliant and quick with replys and again this year. The caravan was brilliant, clean and had everything we needed i could not fault it. Kids realy enjoyed the outside space which was safe enough for them to go out and play and me be able to to relax without worrying all in all i would highley recomemd this caravan

Booked this caravan for a last minute break, we spoke to the owner a few times over the phone and was always very friendly but also very professional the way she handled the booking. She told us everything we needed to know and any other information arrived via emails within minutes. When we arrived the caravan was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed in terms of inventory. The shower was lovely and a perfect way to end the day before going to sleep on very comfortable beds. There was lovely secure decking outside the van which would suit all the family, especially families with young children. We came to the end of our 4 day break and enquired with the owner about staying another night. It was all sorted within the hour and in a very friendly manner once again. It was like the owner and i had known each other for years. Would highly recommend this caravan for a holiday and we will certainly be using it again in the near future. We stayed here last weekend for 4 nights with our 2 children and would absolutely recommend it and definitely return. The caravan was spotlessly clean and had a lovely new feel about it. Lounge is spacious and the shower was larger than average and powerful, which was a nice surprise. The location is also very good on a nice quiet spot with a shop a couple of minutes walk away. We dealt with Natalie who was helpful and friendly and got back to us quickly on any questions. We look forward to another stay next year :)

Would highly recommend this caravan for your holiday. I dealt with Lindsay, the owners daughter, who was incredibly helpful. I had LOTS of questions which she got back to me quickly about & nothing was too much trouble. This caravan is close to the beach & a 10 minute walk away from the swimming pool & evening entertainment. We got our deposit back within the week we got back. Had a fab time staying in this lovely caravan last week. Booked the break after reading the reviews and we weren't disappointed. We arrived as a family of 5 with 3 kids between 10 and 4.There was little passing traffic at the caravan so it was safe and comfortable for the kids.The caravan was spotless and modern with all the essentials and extras required.The beds were so comfortable.The pictures on the website dont really do this caravan justice.The decking attached to the side was great and the sun shone all afternoon and evening there.We stayed at Greenacres 2 years ago but Hafan Y Mor had so much more especially for the kids.The new swimming pool and slides were fantastic for both adults and children.The caravan was only about 200m from the beach which we visited several times during our stay.We are from Dublin so we arrived from Holyhead which is only 45 mins drive so getting there was so easy for us.The kids had a ball and if we return we will certainly be contacting the owners to stay here again. Thank You!!

If I could give this more than a 10 I would! Gorgeous caravan and very clean. The owners are very helpful as I booked this last minute they made sure everything was done and sorted in such a short time. We will definitely book again and recommend to others.

Had a fantastic long weekend on Hafan Y Mor. The caravan was fantastic. Clean and modern and extremely. Comfortable. The site has fantastic facilities and is clean and reasonably priced great for children with tonnes of activities etc. I would definitely recommend the site and also this particular caravan the owners communicate well Providing all relevant forms promptly and above all a lovely clean caravan in a nIce quiet location close to all the amenities

After searching for a last Minute deal we came across this lovely caravan. We were wanting to book for that same day and after contacting the owner she was extremely accommodating and had it sorted for us within the hour. We where really impressed with the cleanliness of the van, the outdoor area was brilliant for my one year old niece who was able to play freely and safely on the decking. Spaciouse rooms and shower. All the amenities needed were provided. Would highly recommend as we also booked to stay again the following weekend

I choose and booked this caravan purely on the reviews and I also have to say that this caravan was spotlessly clean with a huge shower, lovely comfy beds and a large dining/living room area. Nice and quiet location and not far from the coastal walks. The owner of this caravan who I booked with was very quick in replying to my texts and prompt with receiving my deposit back. Would stay in this caravan again.

Would highly recommend this caravan as it was more than we could have wished for after us being let down the day before our holiday by someone else. This lady was still trying to sort/save our family holiday at 10pm on the Thursday to make sure we got away. She was more than helpful and very friendly with prompt replies even though she was busy trying to sort her own family life out. Caravan had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and tidy. A***** service from start to finish thank you and we will definitely be using and recommending your caravan again when we come back to this site. thanks

I have honestly just been looking again 2 book for next year and realised i had made a review from our holiday in August. The caravan first of all is in the best location of the park from what I have seen it is that big. Secondly you never know what you are going to walk into when doing private hire but oh my god was we surprised. We couldn't of walked into a more cleaner caravan. Will definitely want to rerurn here. The whole park is fantastic and surrounding areas. Many thanks to the owners of this caravan. U made our first holiday alone as a family a happy 1

Stayed in this caravan for the Bank Holiday weekend. It is a lovely caravan and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The photos don't do it justice. Lovely large seating area and large shower. It is in a nice quiet location of the park just a stones throw from the beach. Really enjoyed our stay here, would recommend it. We are a family with three young children and it was great for us.

From the moment I contacted Natalie I felt at ease about coming here as she was very quick to respond to any questions I had, and if she couldn't respond straight away for any reason she would acknowledge my call and let me know when she could call me back. I felt confidence in booking here as already read a good review and I can see why and I am adding another. We had no issues getting keys as Natalie provided the key forms we needed and then when we got to the caravan I was pleased I must say the pictures don't do it justice, you would struggle to find a speck of dirt in this caravan!!!! The shower is bigger than it looks in the pictures and better than mine at home, chairs and tables provided for the decking are perfect for the glass of wine in the evening when the kids are in bed, television has a great pic which you don't always find, beds are comfy and my 5 year old loved his room. The location of the caravan is great, close enough to the amenities on camp but at the same time far away enough that you don't get hundreds of people wandering past the van and can't hear noise from night entertainment. I would book again with Natalie and she is also fair with deposit if you leave the van how you found it as I got mine back sooner than expected. Thanks Natalie.

An absolutely spotless and luxurious holiday home! From the moment we arrived I was bowled over with this caravan - it's finished to a high spec and is absolutely gorgeous. Beds are so comfortable and the shower is out of this world! The gated veranda is a great addition and meant our toddler could wander in and out of the caravan perfectly safely. The location is also really good - it took a mere 1 min 40 seconds to walk to the beach (and that was with a buggy!). Because of where the van is situated, there is very little passing traffic which again was great for the kids. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this holiday home - I felt so sad to leave and go back to my house, which now seems really outdated in its decor after staying in this lovely van! Stayed in this lovely caravan for a short last minute break. The lady we booked with got back to us straight away. The caravan is roomy and felt like a brand new home, just a couple of minutes walk to all the amenities. We had a lovely stay and would definatley book this accommodation again.
