Additional Info: Our privately owned family caravan is extremely homely and comfortable. It has a large decking area to the side with room to park your car by the caravan.
Benefiting from two toilets which is always handy for families with children.
Bluetooth system in the lounge area, distant sea view, and beach access within a few minutes walk.

Owner's Booking Terms

We offer Monday to Friday (4 nights) or Friday to Monday (3 nights) breaks, or weekly breaks starting on either a Monday or Friday and on a Saturday wherever possible depending on bookings already taken. Longer breaks can be arranged please ask for availability and prices.

A £75 (non-refundable upon cancellation) deposit is required at the time of booking, which secures your dates. The remaining balance is then due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Please note the owner reserves the right to re-rent the caravan if payment is not received in full by this time unless other arrangements have been made.

A £75 refundable damages and cleaning bond will be added to the final balance, which will be refunded once the caravan has been checked and found to be left clean and damage free. Missing items will be charged for.

All we ask is you appreciate our holiday home and treat it as your own therefore leaving it as you found it.

Any late deals or bookings taking place within a six week period will require payment in full at the time of booking.Minimise Booking Terms

Our Willerby Rio caravan is situated in the Farne Close area of Berwick Holiday Park, it offers perfect views to sit out and take in.

It has both double glazing and central heating throughout, and is insulated to residential specification, making breaks during the winter months even warmer and more comfortable.

The caravan offers real home from home comfort and consists of 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms.Each have ample storage.

There is a separate main family shower room featuring, walk-in shower, hand basin and WC. There is also a separate toilet area with wash basin.

We guarantee you will feel at home and enjoy your stay in our lovely caravan.

Bed linen is provided for all breaks but you will need to bring your own towels, toiletries etc
