OUR HOME IS ABSOLUTELY NO PETS - NO SMOKING (in any format) - NO EXCEPTIONS

AVAILABILITY - Rental periods are Saturday to Saturday, 7 day stays between 30 June to 1 September 2018 ONLY. We will only rent out our home during this summer period each year. We do not rent outside of these dates. We do not offer short breaks.

LOCATION - Superbly located on a premium rated pitch. This quiet and sought after location provides minimal passing vehicle and pedestrian traffic. There are no homes immediately behind us and very few in front of us which keeps disruptions to a minimum and offers a quieter area to relax away from the hubbub of the main Devon Cliffs complex.

That said the stunning, award winning beach is close by, as is the South Beach restaurant and its adjoining alcohol, coffee and ice cream bar and shop. The main entertainment, sports and pool facilities, activities, restaurants and shops are a leisurely 6-8 minutes walk.

WILLERBY SKYLINE 2016 - Our holiday home boasts signature panoramic front windows which given the home's location provides a 180 degree south facing sea view. The main veranda area to the front gets all day sun (when its out!!)

Our contemporary design holiday home has a large open plan lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area. Our home benefits from double glazing and gas central heating.

The unique interior layout incorporates a side hallway with a stylish console table and useful full-height storage cupboard, whilst the centrally located family shower room is both large and luxurious.

The main bedroom of our two bedroom home is a prominent feature with sumptuous fabrics, a king size bed and a feature bay window combining to provide the perfect sanctuary.

The two bedrooms are separated by the main bathroom and en-suite toilet. This degree of separation between the bedrooms provides more privacy and noise reduction than most holiday homes. This was one of the main things that attracted us to this particular home, especially when you consider both bedrooms have televisions too.

With an incredible design and a real sense of space, this home has a unique style and sophistication that will satisfy the most discerning of holiday home users.

BED 1: KINGSIZE bed, 28" (min) wall mounted TV, bay windows to rear, two full size double door wardrobes, tall drawer unit, additional drawers, cupboards and shelving, bedside wall lamps, bedside tables, cushioned headboard, vanity unit and stool with lights over and hairdryer.

EN-SUITE: toilet with sink, mirror and cupboard.

BED 2: Two single beds, 24" wall mounted TV/DVD player. Wardrobe with double doors and drawers under. Fitted alcove shelving, fitted mirror, bedside table.

BATHROOM: Double width shower, toilet and good size sink. Ample storage areas, shelving and cupboards, sun tunnel and extractor fan.

HALLWAY: Carpeted hallway from the bedrooms and bathroom to the kitchen. Console and vanity unit with large mirror and lights over. Large window allows good light when using the mirror.

KITCHEN: Kitchen open plan to lounge has a dining area with a table, two chairs and a bench to seat 2. The kitchen provides a 1.5 bowl sink, an integrated microwave, integrated full size dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer and gas oven, hob and extractor hood over which is ventilated to the outside. Double french doors from the kitchen onto the side veranda.

LOUNGE: Clearly one of the features of our beautiful home is the stunning lounge area with 42" (min) wall mounted Freeview TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, electric feature flame effect fire with ambient lighting, L shaped comfortable sofa, coffee table and entertainment unit.

The incredible panoramic windows and french doors occupy the entire front aspect of our holiday home and even wrap around each corner to provide further views. Not only does this provide 180 degrees sea views but the glass acts like a conservatory, providing additional warmth in the lounge so if its a bit breezy outside you can still have the doors open and enjoy the views and fresh air, whilst sitting in the lounge.

OUTSIDE: The french doors from the lounge open onto the large veranda which wraps around to the side and continues down the length of the holiday home. There is a lovely rattan style furniture set with glass topped table, four chairs and four footstools. Cushions for each are provided and stored in a bag in the lounge.

To the rear of the van the veranda is gated and then there are steps up to the allocated parking place for our home.

NO SMOKING The holiday home owners, alongside Haven Devon Cliffs operate a strictly NO SMOKING of vaporisers, e-cigarettes, tobacco (or anything else) policy in our holiday home and also on the veranda. This is for health and safety, fire regulations and to ensure the comfort of the home owners, our future guests and also our neighbours.

PLEASE NOTE:: There are a number of steps from the parking area, leading down to our holiday home. Due to this we would suggest that our home is not suitable for those with a disability or injury where these steps might prove a concern. This is not only due to the risk of a fall but also the inconvenience of carrying / using walking /mobility aids whilst trying to navigate the steps. There are photos of the steps on our website.

Devon Cliffs Rules require no all male or all female groups - no hen or stag parties. The hirer of our home must be over 25 years.

RECOMMENDED FOR - discerning couples; ideal for a romantic summer holiday - this is a home away from home!

families with older children who would enjoy using the beach and park facilities but then retiring to a quieter area of the park to relax.

EXPECTATIONS - We are looking for responsible, reliable, caring individuals who will respect and look after our quality, well cared for home and leave it in as good a condition as they found it. We intend to rent out the van for July and August each year only and would ideally like to welcome repeat customers back each year. This assures the guest of a clean, well cared for, high standard holiday home and as the owners we can be assured that our van will remain in great condition for many years to come due to our regular guests.

BOOKING DEPOSIT - The agreed dates will be provisionally reserved for 48 hrs only, during which time you must pay the £100 booking deposit by direct bank transfer. If you fail to pay the booking deposit within 48hrs and we have no further contact from you, then no reservation will have been made. The £100 booking deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance of your holiday, including the additional £150 security deposit, is required no later than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. If at 8 weeks prior to your holiday, you fail to pay the holiday balance then your booking will be cancelled. No monies paid will be refunded. We would recommend that you consider taking out holiday/travel insurance to cover any eventuality, including cancellation, for your holiday booking.

SECURITY DEPOSIT We require you to pay a £150 security deposit in addition to the balance of your holiday. This will be fully refunded in the event of no theft, no damage and the home being left in a good, clean, tidy condition. The level of deposit reflects the standard of our holiday home. Any theft, damages or cleaning outside normal expectations will be paid for from the security deposit and then any balance returned to the guest. Any costs incurred in excess of £150 will be sought from the guest, by legal means if necessary.

By booking our holiday home you agree to pay for any damage to our holiday home, veranda and contents. This applies to damage caused by you, your guests or visitors be it accidental, malicious, through neglect and including loss.


HAVEN DEVON CLIFF FUN PASS - If you wish to use the Devon Cliffs facilities including the swimming pools, children’s club and entertainment complex you will need to purchase a fun pass or “entertainment pass”, directly from Devon Cliffs. They are NOT included in the price of this accommodation.
