Our stunning caravan is situated on Devon Cliffs it features 3 bedrooms, two twin and one double. There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, grill and oven, microwave, under-counter fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster etc.

The open plan living area features a 28” TV with built in Freeview and DVD player. In addition we have added some soft furnishings to help it feel like a home away from home. The caravan has a gas fire in the lounge and benefits from additional electric heaters in the bedroom and bathroom.

The caravan has stunning sea views - opening the curtain to them in the morning always takes my breath away!

The Caravan is in a very quiet area away from the road, less than a 5 minute walk from the Entertainment Complex. which features the following:

Food Court Featuring Burger King, Papa John’s Pizza (who also deliver ) and Cook's Fish & Chips.

A 5 minute in the other direction leads you to Devon Cliff’s very own private blue flag sandy beach with the gastro style South Beach Café Bar and shops as well as toilet and changing facilities.

The hire price includes, gas, electricity and water usage throughout your stay as well as cleaning on your departure. Duvets and Pillows are provided but you will be required to provide your own linen.

Funworks passes are not included in the price and these will need to be purchased direct from Haven. Pre-book your passes before arrival for a discount.

Locally, Exmouth town centre is about 2 miles away with the usual array of shops, pubs and restaurants. A large Tesco is located approximately 1 ½ miles from the site with 24 hour store, late pharmacy and petrol station. Exmouth Esplanade offers further entertainment with its own sandy beach.

BOOKING POLICY Our bookings will usually run Friday-Friday however off peak we are able to offer shorter breaks Friday – Monday (3 nights) and Monday -Friday (4 Nights).

Check in is from 3pm with check out at 10.00am. Later checkout may be available for a small charge depending on arrivals.

The caravan is strictly no smoking and no pets with the exception of assistance dogs.

Booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. The balance and a £50 key and breakages deposit will be required 8 weeks before your stay. Any holidays booked within 8 weeks of arrival will require payment in full at the time of booking.
