Our family owned caravan for hire is a 2015 Swift Serenity - 38ft x 12ft which is equivalent to Haven's Prestige grade. It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6. The caravan for hire is sited on the Haven Terrace area of Combe Haven Holiday Park, Hastings, East Sussex.

Low Season: From £300 (per week)
High Season: To £850 (per week)
Low Season: From £150 (per short break)
High Season: To £450 (per short break)

Our prices do not include Haven FunWorks passes.

Not all our guests require passes and some families like to spread the cost of their holiday by paying for the passes on arrival. Passes are required to access all park facilities except the Minimart shop and outside play areas. Passes can be purchased direct from Combe Haven Holiday Reception on arrival.

We are open to enquiries for full weeks or short breaks.
Full weeks run from Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday or Monday to Monday for 7 nights. Midweek short breaks run from Monday to Friday for 4 nights or weekends from Friday to Monday for 3 nights (minimum of 3 nights).

Haven Terrace area is near the top of the Combe Haven holiday park Hastings within sight of the pool building. Avoid the majority of the steep hills. There are unreserved parking bays right outside the caravan.

The caravan is strictly NO SMOKING/vaping (not even in the doorway or on the steps) and NO PETS allowed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and full gas cooker. All pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc are also included.

Electric fire in the lounge. Gas central heating via radiators. Double glazing. 40 inch TV with built in DVD player. There is one double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, two shower rooms with toilet & basin. One of the shower rooms is en-suite to the master bedroom. Smoke alarm and two carbon monoxide detectors.

Gas and Electricity is included in the price.

Bed linen is included and beds made up ready for your arrival. This does not include towels or tea towels.

A booking deposit of £50 will be required to secure dates. In the event of cancellation the booking deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

We also require a damages/security bond of £100. This will be repaid in full within 7 days after the end of the period of hire, providing that our terms and conditions have been adhered to.

The rental charge and damages/security bond will be due 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date. If your holiday is less than 8 weeks away we will require the full rental charge and the damages/security bond at the time of booking.

The preferred method of payment of all monies due is by Bank Transfer. Alternative methods of payment may be acceptable if agreed prior to the booking being accepted.

Check in from 2pm and check out time is 10am. Your check in time will be made clear at the time of booking and on your booking confirmation information.

Lead person must be over 25 (There may be some flexibility depending on the ages of the group). Couples and family groups only.

A lovely caravan with the advantage of an en-suite shower room to the main bedroom. The owner provides excellent customer service and we have stayed in her Caravans 3 years running due to this and we cannot wait to return next year. The caravan is very new and has been well looked after since purchased and I highly recommend.

A BEAUTIFUL CARAVAN SITUATED SO THAT WHEN YOU COME OUT OF THE DOOR YOU CAN SEE THE SEA. CLOSE TO ALL THE AMNETIES. THE OWNERS ARE LOVELY PEOPLE AND YOU FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE KNOWN THEM FOR YEARS.
