Owner Description

Our 3 bedroom platinum caravan with decking is our pride and joy. It is located in a quiet part of Devon Cliffs with a lovely green area right outside. The children can play games while you watch them from inside the caravan knowing that they are quite safe. The green area is away from the road and surrounded by bushes for a little more privacy.

We have double glazing and central heating to help with those cooler nights and colder months, and an electric fire if you just wanted a little warmth in the lounge.

LOUNGE: Our holiday home benefits from a comfortable and modern lounge with a 42" flat screen TV, freestanding 4 seater and 2 seater sofas, fixed units and free standing table and 6 chairs. We have also added a filter coffee machine.........NEW FOR 2017 SEASON.......Playstation 3 / DVD player

KITCHEN: A lovely equipped kitchen with full fridge freezer, full cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, dinner service, glasses. hoover and utensils. Also we have added a DAB radio.

BEDROOMS: One master bedroom with en-suite and a 28" flat screen TV. Wardrobe and dressing area with the added bonus of a hairdryer. Two twin bedrooms with storage.

BATHROOM: Shower with sink and toilet.

EN-SUITE BATHROOM - Sink and toilet

HEATING - Central heating in each room with the added bonus of a modern electric fire in the lounge.

DUVETS AND PILLOWS - these are provided but linen and towels are not.

STORAGE - . A coat hook can be found there for your belongings.

PARKING - The caravan has it's own parking space with one for visitors.

CHECK IN - Check in is from 3pm on your day of arrival to allow for cleaning. Keys are available from the caravan itself via the key safe. Please note.....the code will be made available to you before your arrival.....

CHECK OUT - Check out is at 10am on the day of your departure to allow for cleaning. You MUST put the keys back into the keysafe on your departure. If you hand the keys into Haven, they will charge us a key handling fee. This will then be taken from your security bond. A £100 deposit (per week booked) is required to secure your booking (this is a security bond and will NOT come off your booking).This £100 security bond is refundable after your holiday supposing all is okay after the call from the cleaner. If you cancel the booking for any reason, the £100 is not refundable.

The balance of your holiday must be paid in full no later than 8 weeks from the start of your holiday.If the agreed amount is not paid within 8 weeks of your holiday, your holiday will be cancelled. No refund of any monies paid will be made.

  • Additional Info: There is a huge list of activities at Devon Cliffs which include, crazy golf, bungee trampolines, indoor and outdoor pools, tree top adventure, climbing wall, restaurant, 2 clubs, large arcade, indoor bowling, sports bar for football / karaoke etc., a large outdoor decked beer garden, archery, football, basketball court, launderette, private beach, bike hire, chip shop, Burger King, Papa Johns pizza ( who deliver to your van), Starbucks, Supermarket and much more........There is also the South Beach Cafe on the beach for all your lunch needs. They have a heated patio area with a gastro style pub feel to it and an awesome sea view to boot. Dogs are welcome at this cafe as long as they are kept on the outside decked area. Unfortunately though, we do not allow dogs in our caravan. Just on the outskirts of the site (literally just before the entrance) there is a countrylife centre. The kids can get up close to small farm animals.

Can honestly say that the caravan was one of the most beautiful I have seen- inside and out, have stayed in platinum caravans previously but they have not been as well equipped as this one.The location was great, a nice quite area on the park with great sea and countryside views from the decked area. Great communication from the owner pleasant and quick booking service would highly recommend.

Fab caravan, probably the best we have stayed in, great layout with bedrooms at either end providing a little more privacy for everyone, kids thought it was brilliant to have their own area and bathroom. Very well equipped, cannot think of anything that was missing. Plenty of space outside to play safely as situated in a lovely quiet area of the park. Owner was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and I would highly recommend.

A beautiful and immaculate caravan on an amazing site. Lovely peaceful location with great views with a private, sectioned off area of grass right outside for the kids to play on. The owner was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, very welcoming and simple booking process. We have 2 young children and felt the location was very safe for them, away from the hustle and bustle but only a short leisurely stroll to all of the action, minimal traffic and very considerate neighbours. Haven’t got a single bad thing to say. Amazing time had by all.

Nice, clean and well equipped caravan. Lovely views from decked area and a peaceful location on site. Although we had taken most everything we needed it was a nice touch that owner had left a few essential provisions and cleaning materials. Easy booking process and owner responded quickly to all enquiries. Throughly enjoyed our stay.
