Amazing sea views, right above beach - we watched dolphins out in the bay and numerous seabirds.Van incredibly well èquipped, only thing we missed was a grater, so we left one ! In 2 weeks we only had 2 afternoons of rain, so we were lucky...very windy for the first week and we could hear the surf roaring in , but such a beautiful base to explore from...we had a great time . We stayed at Church Point for a week last year, but it wasn't long enough so we opted for 2 weeks this year. We stayed in a Park caravan last year, and what a difference to this home from home (4 plates/bowls/mugs/glasses & limited cooking utensils - not even a corkscrew !) -so glad we chose this one ! Our lurcher loves the beach and rocks at low tide, she enjoyed herself as much as we did, thankyou very much .
Thank you for your lovely review and we are delighted you had a great holiday in our extremely well equipped caravan which is also our holiday home, hence we ensure our guests have the use of our luxuries. The views are definitely stunning. We would like to welcome you back again in the future. Thank you.

Amazing sea views from right above the beach in an incredibly well equipped caravan, we saw dolphins out in the bay and numerous seabirds. A great base to explore the Northumberland coast from, a really comfy home from home! We stayed at Church Point in a Park caravan last year, and what a difference in furnishings and equipment (4plates/bowls/mugs/glasses & very basic cooking utensils - not even a corkscrew )- this was amazing ,the only thing we missed was a grater, so we left one there ! We even stayed for 2 weeks this year as there is so much we couldn't do in just a week. Our lurcher loved the beach and enjoyed herself as much as we did ! We only had 2 afternoons of rain (&again as we were leaving) so we were lucky, and it was lovely to hear the surf roaring in from the van. A great holiday thankyou....although a deck to the front of the caravan would be a perfect addition !

My wife and I stayed last week with our 20 month old grandson. The caravan was spotless and ideally situated overlooking the North Sea. It’s a perfect base to explore the beautiful Northumbria coast. A big thank you to Richard and Val for making our stay such a pleasant one.
Thank you for your kind review and we look forward to welcoming you again. Yes, the park itself has no facilities as it is quiet with no entertainment but our caravan has everything you need, including a dishwasher, to make our guests' stay a home from home and hopefully a relaxing one. WE HAD AN AMAZING HOLIDAY IN THE CARAVAN. WE ARRIVED TO FIND THE CARAVAN SPOTLESS. THE CARAVAN ITSELF IS REALLY NICE, SO WELL DONE OUT AND COMFORTABLE, A LITTLE HOME FROM HOME. THE CARAVAN SITS ON TOP OF THE CLIFF OVERLOOKING THE BEACH, THE VIEW IS AMAZING, WE COULD OF SAT THERE ALL DAY LOOKING OUT TO SEA. THE SITE ITSELF IS LOVELY AND QUIET WHICH IS WHAT WE LIKE. BOOKING WAS EASY AND RICHARD WAS EASY TO GET HOLD OF REGARDING ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE HAND. WOULD LOVE TO MAKE A RETURN VISIT. STEVE, JULIE AND THE GIRLS

Richard and Mandy have put a lot of thought into making their caravan very special with lots of lovely touches. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. I couldn’t find anything to Find fault with. The views are absolutely amazing, we were lucky and were greeted with sunshine beaming through the living room window each morning when we got up. We ate out each evening in Newbiggin then returned to make ourselves cosy and watch tv. We certainly had a good relaxing holiday. We will certainly return sometime in the future.

Stayed here with my husband and my cousin and his wife and we absolutely loved it . The whole process from enquiry to booking and communication from the owners was seamless . The caravan was decorated to a high standard and was so cosy with the central heating and the fire . The facilities inside the caravan were fantastic everything we needed was there , when we arrived it was spotlessly clean the beds were also very comfy and shower was lovely but undoubtedly the best thing about the caravan were the views !!!! We didn't close the nets or curtains for the 3 days we were here nothing nicer than a morning coffee with the view and the sound of the sea . We are already trying to work out when we can visit again Thank you Richard and Mandy .
Thank you so much for your review. We have strived to provide a caravan holiday with a difference and we like to be as helpful as we can to all our guests to make the experience of booking and your stay a very enjoyable one. Very nice caravan, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. The sea front location and view are really exceptional. Richard and Mandy were more than helpful and a joy to deal with. The position of the caravan ensures a relaxing and peaceful stay, with almost total exclusion, a rare and welcoming addition to a park of this type. This comes first on our rebooking list, superb break. Thank you
Thank you so much for your very kind comments. We totally agree with what you have said regarding the fabulous view and sea front location and we have gone the extra mile to make all our guests as comfortable as possible by creating the ideal home from home in the caravan. We do hope to welcome you back again. Once again, thank you.

Really excellent and helpful service from Richard and were very pleased with the great condition of the caravan and its proximity to the beach. It was so helpful that we were able to bring our dogs and they so enjoyed their runs on the beach. Loved watching the sea in the evening and early morning - but recommend you bring binoculars! We had a really enjoyable holiday here.
Pleased you had a lovely holiday. We pride ourselves on the very high standards we offer for all our guests. The view is absolutely glorious.

Dealing with Richard, the owner by telephone and e-mail, was a pleasure. We will be back to Newbiggin and we'd love to come back to this caravan especially. Thank you also for the welcome pack. Don't forget your binoculars the views really are amazing !!

We have just had a fantastic weeks holiday at this delightful caravan. There is only one word to describe the caravan & it's prime position overlooking the beach/sea, amazing! We arrived in the sunshine & made ourselves a cup of tea with the welcome pack provided. A very nice touch I may add. We didn't move for about an hour as we were just watching the boats, birds, dog walkers on the beach. The view is stunning & being so close to the sea ideal for walking our dog. He sulked when we had to go home & wouldnt come off the sand. The caravan is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, a true home from home. Our only regret is that we hadn't taken our binoculars as we like birds & there were gannets diving for fish in front of the caravan. So a top tip is take binoculars even if you just want to see the boats throwing the lobster pots into the sea. We will definitely be returning to such a comfortable, ideally positioned caravan. Thank you
Thank you for your kind comments. We have strived to make all our guests' holidays a truly pleasurable experience by providing perfect accommodation in a stunning setting and making the caravan different to what is normally expected. We are delighted you enjoyed our lovely caravan and hope to welcome you back again.

We had a wonderfull time at the caravan. It is in a prime spot and has wonderful sea views. Must remember the binoculars next time. We had our staffie cross Sasha with us. She enjoyed her stay there and loved walking round to Newbiggin by the Sea and loved the beach just down from the caravan. Everything you need for a great holiday is provided in the caravan. Just what we needed to re-charge our batteries. Will certainly be going back again. Thanks once again we really enjoyed it.
Thank you for such a lovely review. Really pleased yourselves and Sasha had such a lovely holiday. We have ensured that our caravan is a home from home so guests can have a relaxing holiday. We very much look forward to welcoming you back again.

This was our second stay and we have already booked again. The caravan is very comfortable with superb views. Very exciting in the wild storm that lasted 2 days - but we were warm and cosy. It is very well equipped and beautifully laid out. A fantastic holiday enjoyed by the humans and the dog - especially early morning walks on the beach.
Thank you for your very kind review and it was a pleasure to welcome you back for a second stay. We are delighted you have had two fantastic holidays and that you like our homely caravan so much that you have booked again. It is very pleasing to know that you feel so comfortable in our caravan as we have put a lot of thought into making it a home from home for all our guests. Being so close to the sea means you can experience all kinds of weather and the changes that brings but that lovely view still stays the same! Great for seeing all kinds of birds, including the herons who love to fish in the rockpools and you will sometimes witness seals and porpoises going about their day which is really great. As you say, the quiet beach is perfect for those early morning walks and great for dogs all year round. We very much look forward to welcoming you again soon.

The caravan is in excellent condition with everything we needed with an outstanding view of the sea. Easy access to the beach and when the tide goes out, there's plenty of rockpools to explore! Good base for visiting tourist hotspots in Northumberland. Can't pick a fault and will certainly return!
Thanks for your very kind words. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay and are another happy customer. We hope to welcome you again.

Just had an amazing long weekend, very blustery and freezing cold weather, but snug as a bug in the caravan. The photos do not do this caravan justice, it is much larger than it looks. Clean and well kept. seconds to the beach. Nothing to fault it. Lovely watching the seabirds whilst hubby fished. Easy to get to all parts of Northumberland from here.
Thank you for your very kind comments and we are delighted you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to welcoming you again soon. Yes, the view is stunning and always interesting with lots of birds to see and also close to such a quiet beach. It is our aim to provide first class accommodation to make all stays a pleasurable experience.

The view outside is stunning, overlooking the beach, my 15 year old even woke up early to take pictures of the sunrise! The welcome pack was an unexpected bonus.
