Owner Description

Our position within the site provides you with access to amenities within a few minutes yet retains tranquility. Ocean views are less than a minutes walk away. Our plot itself is spacious with a large grass area all the way round.

Graded as 'Prestige' and pet friendly too, you will enjoy all the little extra touches to make your holiday experience even more special. From the glorious & spacious west facing balcony enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sunshine on the rattan patio furniture. The decking also wraps around the side to provide ramp access. We also provide for your use and enjoyment a picnic bench, BBQ, body boards and other beach apparel. All bed linen is provided within the rental price.

With fully double glazed windows and central heating throughout, you are ensured of always being warm and cosy regardless of the time of year.

Lounge:
This spacious, open plan area has a contemporary feel, with a large L-shaped sofa incorporating a pull out double sofa-bed, free standing coffee table, 32" flat screen TV with DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker system.

Kitchen/Dining:
The stylish, well-equipped kitchen contains everything you should need and comprises a full sized oven and hob, integrated fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster - we even provide your tea towels!

Master Bedroom with En-suite WC:
A very large bedroom with a amazingly comfortable 5ft King Sized bed, complete with pillows, duvet and even Egyptian cotton bed linen, ensures you have everything you need for a perfect night's sleep. You will have plenty of storage too with gorgeous fitted wardrobes and drawers as well as a vanity dressing table, flat screen TV and hairdryer.

Twin Bedroom:
This bedroom has two single beds, complete with pillows, duvets and all bed linen.

Bathroom:
The bathroom contains a large shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside:
From the glorious decking you can enjoy a glass of wine or simply watch the world go by.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul and Sarah's caravan, perfect location, luxurious accommodation and felt like home from home,lovely homely touches and as we went in October the central heating and double glazing made our stay very cosy, we love perranporth but the caravan just made our stay even better, thank you Paul and sarah xx
