here is our lovely privately owned caravan, our little home from home! situated in the 5* holiday complex Primrose valley just shy of filey! with Bridlington on 10 minute drive one way and Scarborough a 10 minute drive the other way! or go a little further and visit the stunning town of Whitby, our personal favourite! not to mention Robins hoods bay inbetween!
Not only is the coastal line a fantastic place to visit we also have an extensive entertainment complex on site, only a short 5 minute walk away from the caravan! under one roof there is 2 entertainment showbars, amusements, swimming pool, fish and chips shop, and a burger restaurant, outside is a spar shop, Papa John's takeaway, starbucks, etc
There are childrens play parks dotted around the site. At the otherside of the caravan site is go carting, pedal boats, outdoor climbing, soft play, bar/food swimming pools (indoor and out) In the brand new complex: LAKEHOUSE.
The passes for the entertainment complex are not in with the price, these can be purchased at the reception for a small fee.

The pitch on which the caravan sits has recently become very desirable due to the site being extended and a new path put in very close by with direct beach access, one of the closest spots to the beach on the original site.
LOUNGE- sitting area, dining area, front facing French doors, electric fire central heating throughout, 40" flat screen tv, Xbox 360 with games, Freeview recording box, blue ray DVD player, lots of dvd's for maybe a cosy night in!
KITCHEN- toaster, microwave, cooker, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, condiments (ketchup/brown sauce/mayo)
BEDROOMS X 3,
The first bedroom has 2 single beds and storage.(wardrobe and over bed cupboards)
The second bedroom also has 2 single beds and storage.(wardrobe and over bed cupboards)
The MASTER BEDROOM has a double bed, wardrobe and over head storage
ONE SHOWER ROOM with- toilet-sink-shower ----- plus a further separate toilet with hand wash basin
This is a no smoking and no pets caravan, smoking is permitted outside
Price is for self catering well equipped caravan hire only - with a family sized fridge freezer
Beds are made up for you on arrival, you just need to bring personal towels. shower/beach and kitchen towel)
Please leave the caravan how you found it, there is a £50 refundable deposit, the deposit will not be refunded if they're any breakages / damage, signs of smoking/pets and anything that has gone missing.
your holiday must be paid for no later than 8 weeks before your holiday starts
