Owner Description

This family owned caravan situated on a 4 star holiday park at White Acres Holiday Park just 6 Miles from the popular holiday town of Newquay and is within easy reach of all the lovely Cornish towns in the area. A large supermarket is situated just a few miles from the Park.

Our caravan sleeps up to a maximum of 6 people when using the double pullout bed in the large lounge. The lounge diner has a large seating area gas fire, full central heating, television/DVD player and ample storage containing a small selection of dvd's books and board games for your use during your holiday should you require them.

The large main front window looks out over spectacular views across the open countryside.

The open plan kitchen/dining area has a four ringed gas cooker and oven, microwave, Kettle and toaster with a large under counter refrigerator and separate large under counter freezer. The dining area houses a table and chairs for dining and is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and all the cooking utensils required for modern living.

A door opens into the passage leading into the shower room with shower, wash basin and WC.
Opposite the shower room is the 2nd bedroom with twin beds, overhead storage and fitted wardrobe. Further along the passage is the main bedroom. This has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers a vanity unit with seating and an en suite, housing a WC and wash basin.

Pillows and duvets are provided but we ask you to provide your own bed linen . If there are any special requirement please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
There is lockable storage outside the caravan for bait/tackle etc we do not allow bait to be stored inside the caravan or in the refridgerator.

There is a strictly NO Smoking policy within the caravan.

White Acres is a 5 star award winning holiday park providing 13 fishing lakes, for which you would need a fishing permit which is available on site.There is also an on site Tackle shop which can also provide tuition should you decide to learn the sport whilst on holiday. Amenities include Amusement arcade, Pool, Billiards,Ten pin bowling, Indoor swimming pool and children's pool with lifeguards in attendance, it also has a Jacuzzi and sauna for your use along with a separate well equipped Gymnasium.

There are several outside children's play areas which have climbing frames etc, along with an indoor/outdoor children's club with staff in attendance throughout the day. Laundrette / ironing room, Takeaway Fish and chip shop, Eateries where you can enjoy a full breakfast evening meal, a tasty pizza, snack and a coffee or even a takeaway, its all available to suit your taste.

There is a well stocked grocery shop/newsagents serving hot takeaway snacks and most things you are likely to need during your stay. It also has a drinks licence.
The pub/clubhouse provides a variety of evening entertainment every night.starting with early evening children's entertainment leading into later evening adult entertainment. To use the Pub/club facilities in the evening you will require a pass which can be obtained from the main reception.

Lovely tidy spacious caravan which is close to a park and amenities. Was lovely to arrive to a welcome card and some food essentials. It was also lovely we could bring our dog so we could have a nice family break. Very handy to have a extra en-suite toilet especially with families. Would definitely recommend a stay in this caravan and would definitely book again and a big thank you to Pamela (owner) we have had a fantastic time and stay in your caravan

What a fabulous little home from home this caravan is! The location is very convenient for all the park amenities, close enough to the large pirate park but still has a fabulous feel of tranquility around it thanks to the gated lane it is on. There area some amazing views across the fields which was a pleasure to wake up to each morning. The caravan itself was exceptionally clean and in super condition, its hard to believe it is used as a holiday home as it is so well looked after and maintained. Pamela (owner) was in contact with us via email and hand written cards, which was a real personal touch, updating us as and when necessary. The other fantastic touch was the supplies left in the caravan for our arrival not to mention the fact that Pamela called us whilst we were travelling down to let us know that we were able to get access early should we wish. We had a great family holiday and will be back next time we visit Cornwall! Thank you Pamela.

A lovely clean and tidy van in a nice private location on white acres holiday park. Pamela was very accommodating and ensured the van was spotlessly clean for us when we arrived.
