Greenacres is the ideal site for family holidays with plenty of entertainment and activities for both children and adults if required. It is also a haven for walkers, fishing, golf and enjoying all the local amenities to include the famous and beautiful Snowdonia National Park.

Our caravan is situated on a private large corner plot on Monarch Way at the end of a cul de sac, so there is no through traffic which is great if you have children and you also have the benefit of your own private parking bay. Situated a short stroll away from the main hub and site attractions, our home is located in a lovely quieter area of the park very close to the nature reserve which leads to Black Rock Sands Beach, which is only 5 minutes away. Black Rock Sands beach is a stunning long beach and is one of the few you can also drive on and park your car to enjoy your days activities with the children. Our caravan is fully double glazed and has central heating throughout.

The lounge area has a wall mounted flat screen TV, Xbox, DVD, Bluetooth Speaker, Games, Books and DVDs. With large French Doors opening onto a large veranda, there is a rattan table & chairs, BBQ and fire pit so that you are ready to enjoy Al Fresco. The sofa has an additional pull out double bed.

The Kitchen area has a built-in gas hob, grill, extractor, separate oven, integrated fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and all utensils etc and is great for those cosy nights in!

The main bedroom has a range of wardrobes and drawers and an en-suite. There is a twin bedroom with wardrobe and storage units, LED TV and two single beds that can be easily pushed together to make a double bed.

Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need your own sheets, duvet covers (1 x king size and 2 x single) and pillowcases as well as towels and tea towels.

The bathroom has a power shower.

The caravan has piped gas, so no fear of running out with gas bottles!

Passes for the complex are not included and can be purchased from Reception if required. The complex houses the Live Lounge which is a large family entertainment room, the Mash and Barrel for a meal, watch sport or just a drink, the indoor pool and games arcade. Outside is the Splash Zone, play area, football pitch and Crazy Golf. Passes are not required for access to the grocery shop, chip shop or launderette.

Things to bring with you include sheets/duvet covers (1 king size, 2 single), towels and tea towels. Linen, cots, highchairs may be hired on site at an additional cost.

This is a privately owned caravan, we do ask that the caravan is left in the same condition which it is found and smoking is not allowed inside.

The caravan is very comfortable, in perfect condition and in a wonderful position which all helped to us having a super holiday. The owner was great sent lots of information prior to us going.
