Ty Mawr Holiday Park

Re Covid 19 - Our Caravan is thoroughly cleaned and all surfaces, handles, switches etc. wiped clean with disinfectant after each booking. We use the caravan ourselves throughout the year and would not hire it out in any condition we would not expect to find it ourselves.
Our Caravan is situated on a prime location within Ty Mawr park, overlooking a meadow and with only one caravan on each side, the next nearest van is behind us and is over 40 yards away. yet we are situated within a 2 minute walk of all the Park facilities. Our caravan is a Platinum grade van as determined by Park Dean Resorts -Ty Mawr. With FREE WIFI 40 inch Freeview TV with NETFLIX
The accommodation comprises three bedrooms. A double bedroom which has an ensuite containing toilet and a small washbasin. The other two bedrooms each contain two single beds. Our caravan has double glazing and central heating. Within the lounge area there is also an electric fire. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large fridge freezer, gas cooker, toaster and microwave. There is also a large shower in the main toilet. The gas, electric and water services are all included in the price of your holiday. All bed linen necessary for your stay is provided, all you need to bring is towels.

Outside the caravan there is a pleasant patio area overlooking meadow and the Welsh hills which has a picnic table
and a five chair/table patio set.

Ty Mawr is a vibrant family site with plenty to do, including numerous children's daily activity groups. Large indoor swimming pool with a long flume, daily activities are held in the pool. Daily organised sports activities are also available. Note :- entrance to the Swimming Pool and some other features on the Park requires a Park Pass. These are not included with your cost of your booking but can be purchased from reception on arrival. The cost is approximately £72 foe a weeks pass and covers everyone in the caravan.

The park has a comprehensive daily children's activity programme with Sparky and his Krew. There is a lively nightly entertainment program, comprising children's activities and entertainment, followed by entertainment for the adults, this can include local and nationally known entertainers, groups, disco and bingo. within the activity center there is a large arcade and a comprehensive restaurant/bar/dining facility. Free WiFi is available within the dining and lounge area.

Note: access to the Swimming pool and entertainment will require a Park Pass -The pass is NOT included in your booking, but is available for purchase from reception on your arrival. The pass is required to access everything within the entertainment center after 5pm, including the dining facility and lounge. At the time of advert insertion it is not known how much this years passes cost. this information will be available on booking or by e-mail prior to booking. Outside of the main activity center there is a large activity play ground including a multi activity sports area and children's playground. On site there is also a convenience store and fish and chip shop. A launderette is also available on site. The park has undergone many improvements over winter including new outside play areas.

Outside of the park North Wales has much to offer, from majestic beauty and places of interest to its many outstanding castles. The outstanding Snowdonia National Park is close by. Also Within easy reach of the park there are many golf courses. Llandudno and Rhyl also possess first class modern theatres with a comprehensive ever changing programme.
