Situated in a quite,location just a short stroll to all the fun.
The six berth luxurious holiday home is ideal for a special break.
With everything you would expect,facilities wise,such as 3 comfy bedrooms.
Relax in the comfy and spacious lounge area.
If you do manage to get time to watch TV we even have a sky dish to plug your own sky box into.
The kitchen area has everything you need to prepare for mealtimes,
and there is no need to worry about bottled gas as the site has a permanently serviced gas supply.
The fully decked patio area is ideal for relaxing outside or you can enjoy a fun packed barbecue party.

This is a luxury Abi Ashcroft 38ft. long x 12ft. extra wide holiday home, is used by the owners for most of the time and is ideally situated on Maple Grove a short walk from all the amenities.

Sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms (one double & two twin) it has a spacious lounge equipped with TV/DVD, Play Station (assortment of games) mini CD Hi-fi and gas fire. For additional comfort warm air plinth heating is fitted in all bedrooms and a heated towel rail in the shower room. There is also a separate WC with hand wash basin.

The modern fully fitted kitchen comprises of a full size gas oven and hob with electronic ignition, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.

A fire extinguisher, Carbon Monoxide detector and smoke alarm are provided for your safety.

The caravan is personally cleaned and checked by the owners
Duvet covers, pillowcases and sheets are also provide.

Outside is a large veranda complete with patio furniture and a barbecue.
Parking for two cars is on hard standing at the side of the caravan.

Gas & electricity are included in the price.

Theme Park passes can be purchased from reception upon arrival.
