5* Waterside is a family park and the many amenities include: Indoor/outdoor heated pools, gym, sauna, steam room, spa, restaurant, take away, site shop, and launderette. Waves Sports bar with multi view Sky Sports etc, plus children's state of the art activity area with a Costa Coffee on the same level. Opposite the main entrance is the “Waterside Venue” family entertainment centre, featuring top acts throughout the season. All areas are ramped for wheelchair access and there is a lift to Waves bar.

The beach is only 100m from the park entrance with its own leisure centre, fair, café etc. A regular bus service from the park is also available to the town centre with its Blue Flag beach. Weymouth has so much to offer in the way of attractions, which include Sea Life Centre, Ten Pin Bowling, Nothe Fort, The Sea Life Tower, Sand World and much more.

The county town of Dorchester is just a 15 min drive, market day is a must visit on Wednesday. Another 15 min drive and your on the Isle of Portland passing the world famous Chesil Beach. Further afield and approximately 30 minutes in the car are the attractions of Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum and Abbotsbury Swannery and Gardens.

A little further will take you to Durdle Door Corfe Castle and West Bay, home of the TV series Broadchurch. Within an hour are the resorts of Bournemouth, Poole, Swanage and Lyme Regis plus too much more to mention.

To save time why not order your groceries on line and have them delivered while you are unpacking. The local Asda/Tesco/Iceland and Sainsbury's now deliver to your holiday home at a pre-arranged time.

Unless otherwise stated all 3 bedroom Platinum/Gold units are restricted to a max 6 guests, 2 bedroom models to 4 guests.
