Preston’s Caravan Rental Terms & Conditions (if booking direct with us and not through Caravans4Hire Portal)
By booking a stay with us you automatically agree to these terms set out below.

1. We require a minimum £100 deposit to secure your holiday booking which is non-refundable
2. We also need a £50 damage bond which is returned after your holiday providing everything is left as it should be.
3. Entertainment passes cost £50 for anything up to 4 nights, £80 for anything further up to 7 nights.
4. Full payment must be made no later than 6 weeks before stay
5. No smoking or vaping in the caravans
6. No pets
7. Check in time is from 3pm and you must check out by 11am.
8. Duvets/Pillows/Mattress protectors are provided but linen/bed sheets/towels are not. Bed linen can be provided for an extra £30, please advise if this is something you require
9. You will be notified before your stay how to operate the gas boiler if required
10. STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY:
£50 non-refundable deposit. cancellation 6 weeks before holiday - refund excluding deposit. Cancellation 6 to 4 weeks before holiday 50% refund excluding deposit. Cancellation less than 4 weeks before holiday no refund
SITE CLOSURE:
If the site closes completely you will receive a full refund, or we can look at postponing the holiday to an alternative date subject to price difference
POSTPONING HOLIDAY:
Where possible we will always try to find an alternative date for your holiday subject to any price increases depending on the time of year. Please note if you postpone your holiday to a further date you cannot then cancel for a full refund minus the deposit.
11. We recommend holidaymakers to take out holiday insurance to help give them some cover
12. Any damage caused during your stay will be billed to at an appropriate amount at the discretion of Preston’s Caravan Rental
