3 bedroom open-plan caravan, lounge with TV/DVD, modern kitchen with plenty of storage space. One double bedroom opening into Jack & Jill bathroom which is also accessible off the hallway. Two comfortable twin bedrooms. A selection of books and games for rainy days. Outside is a raised decked patio area with table and chairs for eating outside and sunbathing. This caravan park is one of the best in South Devon, having had a fantastic recent upgrade in the clubhouse/restaurant. It also has a launderette, a shop, bar with outside seating, children's playgrounds and a zip-wire ride, indoor and outdoor pools with water slides, crazy golf and areas for very small children.

There is parking both outside the caravan and across the path from the caravan, and the beach is a ten minute walk down the path at the side of the cliff. The site is set in fields above the beach, and there are some fantastic walks around. Also there is a bus- stop just at the site entrance where you can catch a bus down to the harbour if you don't want to walk. During the summer, the clubhouse has lots of entertainment on during the week and weekends, both for children and adults.
