Description

Trevella Park, Crantock, Newquay. Cornwall. A lovely 2 bedroom luxury caravan, 1 King sized, 1 twin room with an extra double pull out sofa bed in the lounge sleeping a maximum of 6 people. Double glazing and Central Heating with an additional electric fire in the Lounge. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge and freezer and full gas cooker with five rings. Microwave, toaster, and great range of crockery, glassware and utensils. Shower room with wash basin and toilet. The Main bedroom also has an ensuite toilet and wash basin. Outdoor UPVC Decking area with table and chairs running round the front and down one side of the caravan. Tarmac parking area alongside for one car.

Duvets, pillows and bed linen provided.

Maximum of 2 dogs per booking are welcome provided they are not specified in the Dangerous Dogs Act. This includes all breeds of Pit Bulls, Rottweiller, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro even where these types of dog are muzzled. The site reserve the right to require the owner of any dog considered disruptive or affecting the comfort of guests to remove it from the Park. Pets must not be left unattended in accommodation or elsewhere on the Park. They must be exercised on a lead. Please clean up after your pet and use the bins provided. Pets are not allowed in central areas including reception, shop or swimming pool areas or fishing lake areas. .

There is a Crazy Golf, Games room, Lauderette, Café, Take away and shop all on site and two large fishing lakes. There is also a swimming pool and separate children's paddling pool and children's play area with swings, slide etc.

Trevella Park is 8 minutes drive to Crantock Beach or a 30 minute walk. Newquay is approximately 4 miles away. The local bus service runs from just outside the Park entrance. It is an ideal site to explore Cornwall from with Perranporth, St Ives, Truro and the Eden Project all easily accessible and you could venture along the Camel Estuary by bike which you can hire in Padstow. There are many local attractions such as Hollywell Bay , The Lappa Valley Steam Railway, Newquay Zoo and of course the great beaches for any surfers or body boarders among you.
Minimum lettings of 3 nights except in July and August which would be a minmum of 7 nights.

Absolutely beautiful caravan. We really felt like we were at home here. Everything we needed was available. I didn’t need to contact anyone whilst we were there however Carol was very accommodating whilst booking etc. It’s on a lovely quiet site and we would love to return. We didn’t want to leave. Our first stay in this new caravan and as with the old one it is first class. Very clean and comfortable and a relaxing place to stay. Booking very easy and Carol is extremely helpful at all times.

We've recently returned from our second stay at this caravan. It is set in a quiet area of the park, away from the hustle and bustle, but not too remote. The shop is just a short stroll away. Also the path to access the beach close by. There a spacious feel to the interior and top quality furnishings and fittings. We look forward to booking another stay soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carol's caravan. There are comfy sofas, and we slept well. Lovely fresh white bedding. Cleaning was excellent. Carol was very helpful and we would not hesitate to book again.

What an absolute gem of a place this is. From the minute we arrived to the moment we left we enjoyed everything about this place. The caravan is spacious, clean and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable holiday. The decking area is large and secure so we didn’t need to worry about our little dog while the doors were left open. The caravan is situated in a quiet corner, if the weather is good it is a little sun trap and very pleasant to sit out and relax in the sunshine. The owner, Carol, is the most helpful lady who will answer any question you have, and if she doesn’t have the answer to hand she will go out of her way to get it as soon as possible, all communication with her was pleasant and easy. We are booked to go back to this caravan and I can’t wait. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a great base to explore Cornwall with all the comforts of home. 5 stars all round.

arrived 7-00pm everything ready for us,must say it was the best caravan we have stayed in,it had everything you could ever need , lovely and clean,beautiful site close to all beauty sites, The owner CAROL was very helpful and pleasant to deal with,,will defiantly be booking this caravan again very soon , thank you.

THE CARAVAN IS VERY CLEAN, TIDY, SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE. THE KITCHEN IS EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED. THE DECKING WAS SAFE FOR OUR DOG. BOOKING IS EASY AND THE OWNER IS A NICE LADY, VERY HONEST AND STRAIGHT FORWARD. WHERE THE CARAVAN IS SITUATED IT IS VERY RELAXING AND PEACEFUL. YOU ARE 15 MINUTES FROM THE SHOPS AND 10 MINUTES FROM CRANTOCK AND POLY JOKE BEACHES AND 15 MINUTES FROM THE AMAZING PERRANPORTH BEACH. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CARAVAN.

After a straightforward booking, we have just returned from a weeks stay... and we loved it! The caravan was spacious and comfortable after our long days out exploring Cornwall. It was great to find the caravan clean and the kitchen well equipped. Our dog loved roaming around the secure decking as we sat out enjoying the evening sun. The site is one of the best we’ve been to with well looked after facilities, our children (12 &16) loved the onsite heated pool. The nearby Crantock beach is gorgeous and will please anyone! We would recommend this caravan... and will definitely be booking again!

Had a fantastic stay in this caravan I would definitely recommend. It was clean, lots of equipment, great secure decking for our dog and just want we wanted. The site was lovely and peaceful, good shop onsite, games room, cafe and little playground. It was a brilliant location, we got to explore the area easily. I'd go back in a heartbeat!!

We have stayed in this caravan for the last 2 years and have booked again for October 2019. The caravan is will situated on Trevella Park and has all the facilities you need away from home. It is very comfortable and has all the extras to make it feel like your own caravan. The decking was replaced last year and is really nice, even managed a few afternoons on there in the late October sun. It is also situated near the fishing ponds on Trevella so easy to walk to for fishermen like my other half. We have been staying on Trevella for many years and this is by far the best caravan we have stayed in. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We loved our stay in this caravan so much that we booked again for September the same year and the following July. It has everything you need in it with lots of little home from home extras. It is very clean and we loved the french doors in the heatwave that we had in July. We had 2 small dogs with us who ran around on the decking with us knowing they were safe and could not get out. A lovely location for walking to the beach with dogs each day. We have been going to Trevella for a long time and this is the nicest caravan we have stayed in.
