We are very pleased to announce that we have just purchased this 3 Bedroomed caravan which is double glazed & has gas ch, at Lakeland Holiday Park!

The caravan is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on a private plot with hedgerows to the rear & open aspect down the cul-de-sac to the front, which is perfect for relaxing & children playing in safety.

It comprises of a lounge, dining area & fully fitted kitchen & in addition to the usual caravan inventory inc full size oven, microwave, fridge, kettle toaster, pans & crockery, we also provide a slow cooker, iron & ironing board.
A travel cot or highchair can also be provided if required for a small hire charge.
It is 6 berth & has 3 bedrooms a double & 2 twin bedrooms. There is a showeroom & a seperate toilet.

The caravan has recently undergone extensive renovations including the complete rip out of everything in the lounge & dining room & re appointed. Up to date, the following has now been completed:

Lounge
Decorated, feature wall, wall mounted TV, new flooring, new blinds/curtains, new units & fire, new suite, coffee table & bookcase. (New ceiling lights planned)

Dining Area
Decorated, feature wall, new free standing table & chairs, new light.
This area is completely new.

Kitchen
This area has had the cupboard doors painted, new blind & new flooring.
(New taps planned)
We will also be adding a Fridge-Freezer later in the season.

Hallway, Showeroom & Toilet room.
All painted & new blinds in rooms.
(New flooring & lighting planned).

Bedrooms
All painted, feature headboard in master bedroom, new curtains.
(New carpets & ceiling lights planned).

All planned items will be completed as soon as we can get the trades people there to complete.

The price quoted is for accommodation only, entertainment passes can be purchased upon arrival in reception. Sorry pets are not allowed in this caravan.
No smoking allowed.
