We have had to remove the bed settee in lounge so know its 3 bed sleep 6. We have however purchased a double inflatable mattress should 8 wish to come.
As our caravan is front line sea view we are more than happy to remain open to holidaymakers coming. In this terrible time many of us just want a nice change of scenery and we cannot think of anything nicer than being sat on our decking and looking out over Filey Bay.
Additional info: please note that Entertainment passes for the complex on site are not included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from Reception if you wish to use the facilities on arrival.
Here is our 2015 Swift Bordeau Exclusive (sleeps 6) caravan which is gas central heated and double glazed. It is sited on Primrose Valley's “PREMIER AREA” called 'Rose View' which has magnificent, unobstructed sea views looking straight out over Filey Bay to the north, and Flamborough Head to the south. Opposite is the path down to the beach!
There is a lovely large decking are with patio table and chairs to sit and relax and enjoy the views out to sea and chill out during your holidays.
In front of the caravan is a large lawned area for picnics and barbecues. The lovely sitting room, with fantastic views out over the bay, has two sofas. There is a large flat screen smart TV and DVD player with range of family DVDs for those rainy days along with a selection of children’s games
The spacious and modern kitchen comes complete with a gas hob and oven, kettle, toaster, large fridge/freezer, microwave, and all manner of kitchen utensils and crockery - all perfect for preparing family meals. For your convenience, there is also a supply of cleaning products to be found under the sink. 3 bedrooms but as we have recently put new suite in we provide blow up mattress which can go in lounge to accomodate extra persons (if needed as no longer have pull out bed) (travel cot can be provided when requested).
Bedding included but you will have to bring own towels. Keys can be collected upon arrival at 1400 from Reception and departure time is 10.00 am.

There are two toilets (one is en suite in double bedroom), the family bathroom incorporates a double shower.
To Book - £100 deposit required to secure booking (non refundable) and full balance due 5 weeks prior to holiday date. Due to Park policy no single sex or under the age of 21 groups.
Primrose Valley caravan park is Haven's five star flagship site in the north of England. There are loads of facilities for all the family, yet quiet areas if you just want to enjoy a pub style meal and a drink.
On site you can find cafe bars and restaurants including a , Chinese restaurant, pizza restaurant and a grill. There are also fast food restaurants serving fish and chips or hamburgers including a Burger King.
There are three swimming pools, rock climbing wall, zip wire, razor quest, rifle shoots, archery, netball, tennis, trampolines and more. There is also a funfair, boating lake and pitch and put crazy golf. The lake is also used for fresh water fishing as well as boating and surrounded by beautiful park area.
Local Area: The site has a regular bus service (120) which stops outside the caravan and runs regularly to Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough. Filey is a 19th century spa town ad is a 15-20 minutes stroll down the beach or 5 minute journey by car where there are shops, supermarkets and other amenities.
Primrose Valley is conveniently situated between Bridlington to the south (10 minutes drive) and Scarborough to the north (15 minutes drive) all with good beaches and local attractions. Scarborough boasts Scarborough Castle and Sea-life Centre both good for days out. There is a lighthouse at Flamborough Head and near by Bempton Cliff bird sanctuary. Regular boat trips can be taken from Bridlington on the Yorkshire Belle (a great trip out).
Other areas to visit (all only 1 hour away) are - Whitby Abbey, Pickering and Goathland, the famous steam engine of the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, Castle Howard, Sewerby Hall gardens and zoo, York Minster, York Castle Museum, Jorvik Viking Centre as well as theatres, cinemas and local restaurants are all within easy reach.
Refund policy - if there is a problem when you arrive we ask that we are informed straight away in order for us to rectify any problems for you to enjoy your holidays. If we cannot out things right we will look at refund but if we have not been made aware and you have had your holiday then we will not refund.
