Owner Description

NOW BOOKING FOR SEASON 2019 - With bookings available from 3 nights the caravan is family owned and run and our aim is to provide guests with a clean and comfortable base from which to enjoy the many facilities provided not only at the Holiday Park but in the surrounding area and Edinburgh. The main complex, with a great variety of activities and entertainment, is only a short walk away as are the 9-hole golf course, fishing and archery. WiFi is available at the main complex.

The caravan sleeps six people - one double bedroom with en suite toilet and wash basin and two twin bedrooms. The beds will be made up prior to your arrival and a travel cot with mattress can be provided (just let us know) but please bring your own cot bedding. A separate shower room with toilet and wash basin is located convenient to the bedroom area and to ensure your comfort in the event of chilly evenings the caravan has a gas fire plus central heating and double-glazing.

For your relaxation in the living area there is a 32” free view TV, a PlayStation 3 (2 games) with charging unit and a radio. There is another smaller free view TV in the double bedroom (where a hairdryer is also available).

An attractive decking area, with chairs provided, offers a pleasant and tranquil setting for a quite evening to the front of the caravan.

The kitchen has ample storage cupboards, a fridge freezer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, small ironing board, gas cooker, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooking dishes, utensils, cutlery, china and glassware etc.

Dish towels, kitchen towels and toilet rolls will be supplied, as is a complimentary pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk to help you settle in, but please bring towels and toiletries.

There are numerous places of interest to visit in the surrounding area and Edinburgh attractions are easily accessed via a regular bus service from the Park entrance.

BOOKING TERMS
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE COST OF ENTERTAINMENT / ACTIVITY / FUN PASSES which also allow access to the Main Centre. Our hire charges therefore take this additional cost into account. Pass prices vary from low to high season, but these are available from the main reception desk if required. FUN PASS Prices for 2018 are shown below the booking conditions.

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER/PAYPAL OR CHEQUE (7 DAYS REQUIRED FOR CHEQUE CLEARANCE)
£50 deposit (non-refundable) secures your booking with the balance payable four weeks prior to arrival. Or full payment at the time of booking if less than four weeks to the booked date.

The caravan is strictly NO SMOKING and NO PETS.

THE FAMILY/PARTY LEADER MUST BE AGED 25 YEARS OR OVER and only those named at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the caravan without prior agreement.

STAG AND HEN party groups are NOT ALLOWED under the Seton Sands Park rules.

We really enjoyed our weekend break at your caravan, spotlessly clean, fantastic welcome from Lynne and her husband. Everything there for us to start our holiday, lovely touch. Booking was made so easy. Caravan situated in a lovely quiet spot, ideal for our 2 granddaughter's aged 6 and 3 they had a great time outside playing whilst, mummy, daddy, granny and grandad got organised to take them out for the day. Plenty to do at the site but loads of places to visit, we'd recommend Almond Valley Heritage Centre, the girls were in their element , please plan a full day there, we didn't arrive until lunch that day and wished we'd arrived sooner. Doreen and Lynne, you were fantastic, as was your caravan, our full party want so much to visit again, and we will, for sure. Thank you so much The Lindsay family from Kilmarnock and Inverness

It is definitely home from home,even has a hoover,not that we made any mess.Great View ,you can see the Firth of Forth from lounge patio doors.5 minutes walk gets you to the bus stop straight into Edinburgh,but be aware after 9.30 a m pensioners can use their bus passes ,so bus stop every 50 metres or so.Very friendly meet and greet by Doreen.Coffee,tea,sugar,milk and biscuits provided.Definitely be going back,loved it.

Had a great short break in this lovely spotless caravan, which is sited in the spaciously set out Golf Village. Cannot fault anything, a definite home from home with lots of extras to make our stay comfortable. Lynne and Doreen were extremely helpful making the booking process easy and Lynne was there to welcome us with the keys. The Haven site, which is immaculate, provides lots of activities and there are easy reached beaches with great scenery. We will be back in the summer for longer. Would definitely recommend this caravan and Seton Sands to anyone wanting a quiet break, a fairly easy base for visiting the Edinburgh area, or a family with children of all ages as there is plenty to do in safe surroundings.
