Additional info:
Our Three bedroom holiday caravan sleeps eight and is equipped with three bedrooms; one double bedroom, and two with single beds which can be put together to make a double bed. There is also the seating area in the lounge which can accommodate additional sleeping.
All Bedding and Linen is provided apart from towels so please bring your own towels.
The lounge/dining area, kitchen, shower room and toilet and hallway complete the accommodation.
The lounge has a gas fire, TV with built in radio (freeview). A full inventory of kitchen equipment includes everything needed to prepare anything from a quick snack to a full blown Sunday roast using the gas oven, grill, hob, microwave and fridge. On the other hand you may wish to eat in the clubhouse which sells a range of fast food, or lovers of pub food can walk to the local hostelry which is only a stones throw away.
We also provide extras such as a hoover and general cleaning materials.
Outside there is a veranda with patio table and chairs.
A personal tarmac parking bay is situated right outside the caravan.
Pillows, duvets and blankets are available in the bedrooms, but guests will be required to provide their towels.
Well behaved and trained pets are welcome.
WiFi is Available in the Caravan.This is provided by Wifinity and is a chargeable service. Free wifi is available in the clubhouse.
Our caravan is available for weekly stays from April to the end of October.
We now accept payment by direct bank transfer, or cheque.
Passes to the onsite facilities (swimming pool, clubhouse, etc) cab be obtained from the site reception for an additional fee.
All gas and electricity costs are included in the price.
Rules of the site state no single sex parties - couples and families only.
In the local area our Park has a beautiful sandy beach outside the main gates within easy walking distance, or you can go for a swim in the heated indoor pool, which is fully supervised at all times by trained lifeguards for your family's safety. Heacham is nestled in the quiet West Norfolk countryside and is the ideal place for walking, cycling and bird watching. Alternatively, take the short journey to the seaside resort of Hunstanton where you can relax on the beach, ride the funfair, enjoy the amusement arcades or take the kids crabbing in the salty rock pools.
Also on site is the Boathouse Tavern which has a licensed bar and fast food facilities, the clubroom has evening entertainment including bingo, disco dancing, party games and live bands and comedians during peak season. A more relaxed programme is available at other times with a dart board, pool table and amusement arcade within the complex.
The Sparky Krew club looks after children aged from five to eleven with a range of events hosted by the resort entertainment team; they even have their own clubhouse.
The village of Heacham has lots of amenities including a Fish and Chip shop, a take away, a pizza shop along with several vilaage shops and a Tesco express.
The village also has numerous pubs, some of which serve food. The town of Hunstanton is only a short drive away or the really energetic can follow the coastline for a real seaside walk. Here you will find lots of attractions, a fun fair and much more.
If you want to venture out by road local attractions include Royal Sandringham, Norfolk Lavender, the Sea Life Centre, Tichwell bird sanctuary, Holkham Hall, the North Norfolk railway and Castle Rising, the beautiful north Norfolk coast is within easy driving distance along with the historical port town of Kings Lynn.
