Lounge/Dining Room: This lovely spacious, open plan living area is particularly bright and airy. There is ample seating for everyone with a large L-shaped sofa arrangement incorporating a pull out double sofa-bed. There is a free standing seating available for all guests with a large L-shaped sofa arrangement incorporating a pull out double sofa-bed. There is also a 26" Flat-Screen TV, side table, and gas fire making it cosy on those chilly evenings.

Kitchen: The stylish, well appointed kitchen contains everything you should require and comprises a full sized oven & hob, fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle.

Master Bedroom: Enjoy the comfort of a 4'6" double bed for a perfect nights sleep. You will have plenty of storage too with fitted wardrobes and additional shelving space. We even provide a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, so less for you to pack!

Twin Bedroom 1: This room has two single beds and its own storage.

Twin Bedroom 2: This room has two single beds and its own storage.

Family Bathroom: Contains a large Shower Cubicle, Wash Basin, WC and some additional storage.
