We would like other couples and families to enjoy our home from home in a lovely peaceful part of Seton Sands but only a short walk away from all the activities.

Our Platinum lodge has 2 bedrooms and additional sleeping in the livingroom with a pull out bed.

Our livingroom has a large very comfy corner settee, 40 inch TV, DVD player and blue tooth speaker. There is an electric blow air fire if you need to just take the early morning or late evening chill off the room. Patio doors lead you out to the verandah with beautiful views out over the Forth to Fife. A table and 4 chairs are on the verandah for you to enjoy your favourite tipple while enjoying the beautiful views.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need to make your meals with a 4 ring gas hob, oven with separate grill and microwave. Under counter fridge and separate under counter freezer. There is also a washing machine/tumble drier and clothes airer. An iron and built in ironing board are also provided. A wooden dining table and 4 high backed chairs and a beautiful double patio doors to the side provide your inside dining options.

The family shower room has a large shower cubicle with folding doors, wash hand basin and toilet.

The twin bedroom has the full size 3 foot twin beds. Wardrobe, bedside and small tv.

The king size master bedroom has under bed storage, large walk in wardrobe with drawers, bedside tables and a smaller TV. The en suite has a smaller size bath with over bath shower, modern wash hand basin with plenty storage in cupboards toilet and radiator.

Our lodge is fully centrally heated and fully double glazed. It is located within the quieter area of the Golf Village right next to the 9 hole golf course and fitness walk which is great for dog walking, mountain biking, running or just a lovely walk.

The site itself has plenty of entertainment if you wish to use this you can get entertainment passes from reception.

The cost for each Fun Pass is as follows:

Off Peak dates:
Adult 7 nights are £21.00 3/4 nights are £16.00
Child (under 15) 7 nights are £10.00 3 or 4 nights are £8.00

Peak dates:
Adult 7 nights are £27.00 3/4 nights are £22.00
Child (under 15) 7 nights are £13.00 3 or 4 nights are £11.00

Please note that prices are capped for each accommodation, the capped prices are as follows:

Off Peak Dates:
A 2 bedroom accommodation is capped at £84.00 for 7 nights and £75.00 for 3/4 nights.
A 3 bedroom accommodation is capped at £107.00 for 7 nights and £95.00 for 3/4 nights.

Peak Dates:
A 2 bedroom accommodation is capped at £103 for 7 nights and £87.00 for 3/4 nights.
A 3 bedroom accommodation is capped at £132.00 for 7 nights and £109.00 for 3/4 nights.

Now the conditions - please enjoy our lodge while you are holidaying but please keep in mind that it is our home from home please look after our home. No smoking or e cigarettes to be used inside our lodge.

We will allow 2 small dogs in our lodge with prior knowledge at no extra cost. Dogs on the dangerous dog list are not allowed on the park.

To confirm your booking we will accept a £100 non returnable deposit with final balance due 6 weeks before. If you cancel within 6 weeks of paying you will get a 50% refund within 3 weeks of arrival date there will be NO REFUND.

Please note a £50 damage waiver will be included in your final price and is returnable on the day of your departure as long as Sarah our on site representative is happy with the condition of the lodge and that there are no breakages. If you leave the lodge in a bad state the damages waiver will be kept to pay for a deep clean before our next guests arrive, I hope you understand.

Sorry but we do not allow all same sex parties and the person making the booking must be over 25.

From 2018 our lodge is only for hire strictly for 4 nights only, Monday to Friday, high season June, July and August £550 a week + £50 returnable damages waiver, low season £350 + £50 returnable damages waiver. We can offer some weekly hires please contact for availability and price.

Returning guests are bound by the same terms and conditions whether booked via phone, email or text.

This will give you access to all the entrainment on the site and children's clubs. You will also have access to our brand new swimming pool with flume. Taking you pass cost and lodge cost into consideration you are still a lot cheaper than going through Haven direct.
