Ideally situated close to all Butlins resort entertainment, our luxury caravan is situated in the quiet Port Cove on the Lakeside Caravan Park. Parking is adjacent to the caravan. The Skyline is a short 7 minute walk and we are close to the resort small onsite shop. The resort has a Fun Fair and splash fun pool plus lots of other activities for all the family to enjoy.

There are a range of fun filled breaks held at Butlins, Minehead - Family breaks with special guest such as Diversity, PJ Masks, Optimus Prime and Panto. Special themed events at Halloween, Easter and Christmas and Just For Tots - (special breaks this year feature 'Mr Tumble' aka Justin Fletcher, Peppa Pig and Mister Maker.
We cater for the Big Butlins Weekenders - Adult only Music Weekends (70's, 80's 90's Soul, Replay, Oktoberfest Halloween Ball etc.) All breaks include free resort access passes for all guests. We can also offer access special ticketed events such as the Darts, Cream and Shiine and Fat Boy Slim (passes are chargeable at an extra cost). Please contact us for dates and breaks that you are looking for either by email or text.

We can also accommodate guests attending Spring Harvest (entrance passes to be bought from Spring Harvest Direct) or the ESFF Football weekends (not including players/teams).

Our 3 bedroom/ 8 berth caravan is doubled glazed and centrally heated with and additional electric fire in the lounge area. There is a pull out sofa bed to the lounge area.
There is a 40 inch Flat Screen TV with Built in DVD Player. We also provide charging sockets for your phones and laptops. You can access resort free and chargeable wifi when in the caravan.

The caravan has a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster and fridge/freezer. We also provide an iron/ironing board and hoover and a hair dryer.

The caravan has a 'Jack and Jill' style shower room and toilet which can be accessed from both the hallway and the double bedroom - this can be locked off to provide an en-suite. There is also an additional separate toilet with hand basin. The bedrooms are all fully heated and all beds have mattress protectors and pillow protectors. We provide duvets (2 x double and 4 x single) and 2 x pillows per person. Covers and sheets to be provided by guests or alternatively bedding can be hired from guest services or we can arrange for the beds to be made up for a charge prior to your arrival for an extra charge (please contact us to arrange).

Unfortunately do not accommodate pets and our caravans are non-smoking. Complimentary resort access passes for breaks are currently provided except for special ticketed events. We can order tickets from resort for these events (Cream/Shiine).

We provide a friendly reliable service and are happy to discuss our facilities with guests. We can provide references from our previous guests.

Minehead High Street is a walk from the resort with lots of shops and places to eat. The historic steam railway is also accessed from the high street.The beach is just over the road.

Dunster is a short drive from Minehead with it historic castle and watermill and a variety of quaint shops.
