Description

Bookings being taken for our 3 bedroom ABI St. David caravan at Devon Cliffs. The caravan is located 2 minutes from the beach and has it's own parking bay. It has double glazing and gas central heating with an electric fire in the lounge.

The fully fitted kitchen has enough cutlery and dishes for 6 people. It has a cooker, integrated microwave, toaster and kettle and a full size integrated fridge freezer. There is also a slimline dishwasher (you need to bring your own tablets). There is a free standing 4 seater dining table.

In the living room there is a large u-shaped sofa and coffee table. There is a fireplace with an electric fire. We have a 40 inch TV with built in DVD player. From the lounge there are sliding patio doors which open on to a front deck leading to side decking. Seating for the decking is provided. We have a beautiful sea view from the front.

There are 2 twin bedrooms and a master bedroom with dressing table, triple wardrobe and ensuite toilet. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a hairdryer and a 22 inch TV.

To book we require a £50 deposit with full payment due 6 weeks before the holiday. We also require a £150 security bond which is refunded as soon as the van has been checked over.

Bookings are only available to one family group (maximum of 6 people)

We can provide linen for the beds at an extra charge of £5 per bed

All details of guests staying will be required prior to the booking being made.

Devon Cliffs is a Haven park with excellent facilities. There is a huge indoor swimming pool with splash zone and slides and 3 heated outdoor pools (closed in colder months) . In the entertainment complex there is a soft play area, bowling and amusement arcades. There is a Sports bar and Papa John's, Burger King and a fish and chip shop. For younger guests there is Capones Showbar which is where the evening shows are and There is Bugsys for the older guests. Also onsite there is a large crazy golf course, an aerial adventure course and bungee trampolines along with several play areas. There is a launderette, mini market and Starbucks also.By the beach is the South Beach Cafe and also a cafe off the walkway down to the beach. The beach is lovely and clean with lifeguards and watersports are available.

Prices do not include passes which can be bought from Haven.
We will also require a £150 security bond which will be refunded after the holiday as long as caravan left in same condition as when you arrived with no breakages or damage.We pay a private company to clean the caravan and we will endeavour to make up the beds for your arrival (linen will be left if not possible for beds to be made). Please strip the beds when you leave or they will charge £5 for this. They will also add £10 onto the cleaning costs if caravan is left in a bad state. Please bear this in mind when you leave as the extra costs will be deducted from the security bond if they are incurred.
You will need to bring your own towels.
£50 non-refundable deposit secures booking with full balance due 6 weeks before holiday.
