Prestige with Decking Caravan for Hire. (2018 Model)
FULLY BOOKED 2019, taking bookings for 2020 with £50 deposit.

We have an 6 berth/3bedroomed van for hire at Marton Mere holiday village, the caravan is a 2018 model and has all the facilities you need to make your stay comfortable and fun, it has a very spacious lounge with an electric fire with cool backlight feature. The caravan is fully double-glazed and central heated throughout, so nice and warm in the colder months.

The bedrooms are - 1 main double, 2 twins, however the twin beds can be pushed together to create doubles.
The beauty of this van is the main bedroom is at the opposite end to the twin bedrooms with the lounge and kitchen in the middle.

The master bedroom has a 32 inch TV with built in DVD player and has an en-suite shower room complete with it's own toilet and wash-basin.
There is also a second shower room with a toilet and wash-basin.

Nice tarmac space to park car on at the side of the van.

The side patio doors lead out onto the decking complete with patio table and chairs, perfect for al-fresco dining and late night drinks. Plus some lovely brand new Rattan Furniture, its that big it can hold all of this and its a HUGE sun trap.

For your comfort we have the following in the van.

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THIS VAN
STRICTLY NO PETS.

We do not supply Entertainment passes however they can be purchased from Marton Mere holiday village reception.

Duvets and pillows are supplied for all beds. We do not include Towels.
Bed Linen is included in all week long lets, for short lets you can bring your own or hire for £30.00 for the entire van,

**Should you require a week long let and the calendar doesn't show this, please do contact me to ask and we will do all we can to accommodate you.**

Check In time is 2pm (Unless previously advised)
Check out time is STRICTLY 10am (If you require a later check out please ask and we will see if we can accommodate you)

Deposit for booking is £50.00 and is none refundable should you cancel and balance will be due 6 weeks before arrival, unless prior agreement is made.
We do not accept balance payments on day of arrival as we are not on site when you arrive.
We also require a security bond of £50.00 with every booking, this will be refunded once we have checked the van for any loss or damage.

We have just returned from a weekend staying in this beautiful holiday home. The accommodation is modern, spacious and has a real luxury feel. As a family of four we had more than enough space. As a family we enjoyed every element of the home from family dinners and playing games in the lounge and the location close to all of the amenities was perfect. We will be booking again.
