We have to offer our 2 bedroom, 6 berth static caravan that has been recently decorated throughout.

We Are also alarmed for your own piece of mind and have a full secured gated veranda that is perfect for your pets. We also have outdoor seating with umbrella.

42 inch plasma TV and blue ray DVD player and Bluetooth sound bar & many board games are available in the living area. Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, brevelle, kettle, Iron & ironing board all included.


The living room is large and very cozy with
blackout curtains fitted and gas fire heating, we also provide a small mains fan heater if needed.


*Guests With Pets* We do ask for a £50 additional refundable bond that will be refunded once you've departed and static has been cleaned.

Accommodation consists of 1 double, 1 twin and a double sofa bed in the main living area.


Due to hygiene reasons we do advise bringing own duvet sheets, bottom sheets and pillows cases but do have spares and sleeping bags located in each bedroom if needed.


Super fast broadband is available via wifinity.


We are located in a quiet part of the Manor Park Holiday Village but only a 2 minute walk from the reception and entertainment complex, bars and restaurant.

We can accommodate same sex groups but only at the discretion of the owners so please dont be offended if turned down. We may require addition refundable security bonds.

The park has an indoor/outdoor pool, a club house, restaurants, launderette, play park, amusements and lots more.

Guest Passes are available from the reception for a small cost, this permits you too use the facilities on site.

We are just a 5 minute walk to the beach and the Tesco superstore is opposite the Holiday park.

Hunstanton has lots to offer including a theatre, wine bars, fish and chip shops and amusements and great walks.

There is a golf course near by and lots of places to walk the pets.
