My caravan is a 3 bed 8 berth, it has 1 double bedroom and 3x single rooms and in the lounge you can convert the seating area into a double bed. The toilet and shower are separate which comes in handy when you have children.

Description

The kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials such as a toaster, kettle, Full size fridge/freezer . roasting tin, baking sheet, etc - everything you will need. Also we have freeview tv with Dvd player. duvets and pillows are provided. We do not supply sheets and duvet covers or towels so you will need to supply your own. Or you can hire Bed Linen for £30 please request when booking thank you.

Blue Anchor Leisure Limited has a Major New Investment in Ingoldmells. They are pleased to announce a new 1.5-million-pound development on their Chase caravan park on Anchor Lane. The New Development boasts a large Family Bar and Restaurant offering an excellent variety of food and drink, live entertainment and showing live sports. It also contains a large indoor childrens soft play area. Outside there is a substantial south facing decked area complete with seating and a large outdoor childrens playground. Also included in the development is a state of the art laundrette. Everything is within 5 mins walking distance. The Chase Office and shop and launderette on site. Hardy Animal Farm across the road. Beach 5 mins walk and all arcades, clubs and pubs, takeaways and restaurants within 5 mins walk. Everything you would need is all within a 5 minute walk. Fantasy island is 15 mins walk. It's worth asking the site office for the quickest cut through!

There is a £75 deposit/bond on family Breaks and £100 deposit/bond on adult weekends. First of all this is to secure the break, and then is held as a bond against any damage or cleaning costs that may be incurred after your stay. Your deposit will be returned within 7-10 working days. Please note the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your break.

Bedding can be supplied for a additional charge of £30 this includes Pillow Cases/Duvet covers. Travel Cot and Collapsible Highchair available upon request at no extra charge. Smoking is only permitted outside.
