This spacious and open plan area has a light & modern look about it. With its luxurious L-Shaped fixed seating arrangement there is plenty of space to sit and relax. A pull out double sofa bed provides an additional sleeping area. There is a free-standing coffee table, contemporary looking electric fire, 32" TV with HDMI, USB. French doors lead out onto the decking. At the opposite end of the living area is situated the fixed dinette and seating.

This modern & stylish kitchen contains everything you should need. With a full sized oven & hob, re-circulating extractor hood & a full sized integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Master Bedroom with En-Suite WC:
A king sized bed with duvet, pillows and cotton bed linen, should ensure the perfect nights sleep. You will have plenty of storage too with stylish fitted bedroom furniture. Separate WC.

Twin Bedroom:
With two single beds measuring 2'3"x6', duvets, pillows and all bed linen. The beds could be pushed together to configure into a double.
