A modern Delta Warmth 2013. The caravan sleeps a maximum of 8 people with 1 double bedroom 2 twin bedrooms and a pull out double in the lounge. It is located at the front of Sandhills so is easy to find and is only 5 minutes walk to main resort.

To the side of the caravan is a veranda with ramp access and patio furniture. To the front of the caravan is a private tarmac parking space.

Central heating and double glazing make this an ideal holiday home all year round.

Lounge

The lounge has plenty of room for all the family incorporating a dining area for those family meals, a gas fire and a flat screen digital TV.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything yo need for your Butlins self catering holiday. It has a free standing fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a double wardrobe and bedside shelving together with a second TV.

Both twin bedrooms have two single beds and a half single wardrobe.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a toilet, sink and a shower enclosure with shelving to the side providing plenty of storage for towels and toiletries.

There is also a separate toilet and sink.

For your safety the caravan is fitted with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher.
