A privately owned 28ft x 10ft 2 bedroom caravan with a upvc veranda situated on Silver Beach in Ingoldmells available to hire as holiday accommodation. The caravan has one double and one twin bedrooms, and comfortably accommodates 4 people. There is also a fold-out bed in the lounge area. There is one bathroom comprising of a shower, a sink with an under sink storage cupboard, and WC. The living area comprises of a galley kitchen which has a cooker, microwave, fridge with a small box freezer, sink and drainer, kettle, toaster, crockery etc. and lounge with a 19" flat screen TV with a USB port, a DVD player, a dinning table and wrap around seating. The caravan is double glazed, has a gas fire to the lounge area, and electric panel heating. The caravan is located near to the site office just inside the park entrance. Shared hard standing car parking is available directly outside the caravan. The park has CCTV security. The on site launderette is less than a minute walk away. There is a Premier convenience shop at the site entrance. This makes it an ideal option for those who like everything close to hand. The park has WiFi which is available to purchase at the site office.

Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, quilt covers and towels as these are not provided.

We have provided 1 king-size duvet, one double duvet and 2 single duvets all 10.5 tog, and 8 pillows. Please note the bed in the double bedroom is a double size bed.

Families/couples only.
Well behaved dogs welcome, however they must be supervised at all times.
Please note smoking is not allowed inside the caravan.

Silver Beach Holiday Park is located on Anchor Lane. There is a Premier convenience shop at the park entrance. The local shops, cafe's, bars and amusements are within less than a 5 minute walk from the park entrance. The newly opened family venue Woody's Bar and Restaurant is also a 5 minute walk away. The beach is also a 5 minute walk away. Fantasy Island and it's surrounding shops, cafes restaurants, amusements and bars, and Eastgate Market are approximately a 25 minute walk from the park. There are bus stops directly outside the park entrance.

The nearest indoor swimming pool allowing entry to the public is at Golden Palm, Chapel St Leonards (behind Club Tropicana).

Lovely, immaculate and very well equipped caravan. Almost all the equipment and bedding is new, all fresh and clean. Great location, close to the beach, amusements, cafes and shops, though the site itself is nice and quiet. Wendy - the owner, was very pleasant to deal with. She was very helpful and thorough. She tried to thing of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. And surprisingly the weather was just perfect! We've had a such a lovely time and will definitely book this caravan again. Thank you
