Rocky's Retreat is fantastically situated, set back from the beach and with stunning unrestricted sea views. Easy access to the beach via steps leading down to a glorious cove, rock pools and caves.

Although a 3 bedroom holiday home, it can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. The large front decking overlooks the sea with table and chairs for those sunny days.

A lovely spacious living area complete with TV and DVD player, separate dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

Sleeping areas include:
Master bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe.
Twin bedroom with 'goes-under' bed to leave space for full-size travel cot, single wardrobe, two cupboards.
Twin bedroom with wardrobe and two cupboards.
Sofa bed in lounge area.
Bedding included.
Please note: it is necessary to provide own bedding for travel cot for health and safety reasons.

Bathrooms:
Large family bathroom with power shower, toilet and basin.
Small WC.

Double glazed and gas central heating throughout. Modern fire in lounge area.

Private block-paved drive with space for two cars.

No pets allowed. Same sex groups considered but must be agreed in advance of booking.

Ideal holiday home for families with additional accessories including:

Iron and ironing board
Children's games, toys and books.

FAMILY PASSES
Unfortunately we do not include family passes but you can purchase them at Berwick Holiday Park reception.

The cost for each Fun Pass is as follows:

Off Peak dates:
Adult: 7 nights are £23.00, 3/4 nights are £19.00, 1 night is £10.00
Child (under 15): 7 nights are £11.00, 3 or 4 nights are £9.00, 1 night is £5.00
Children 0 - 4yrs: Free

Peak dates:
Adult: 7 nights are £32.00, 3/4 nights are £27.00, 1 night is £10.00
Child (under 15): 7 nights are £16.00, 3 or 4 nights are £13.00, 1 night is £5.00
Children 0 - 4 yrs: Free

Fun passes are also known as your ‘entertainment pass’ and allow access to our FunWorks entertainment complex. With these you can use the pools, participate in the kids’ clubs, together with the use of the leisure and entertainment facilities, which includes bars, restaurants, ShowBars you will need to purchase Fun passes to access all the facilities. Lovely caravan in a great position,unobstructed views over the sea, near to pathway to beach and only a five minute walk from the entertainment centre. The caravan was very clean with all the beds made up which were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for the week, under the sink the owner had provided cloths, washing up liquid etc., sachets of coffee, tea bags and sugar were also provided to get us started in case we had forgotten anything. A bag of toys and games kept the kids occupied. We had a great week and will definitely be going back.
