Owner Description

Our lovely caravan is well-presented and privately owned, sited in one of the nicest locations within the Pinewoods Holiday Park on a quiet premium pitch with nearby access through to the pinewoods and the beach.

Pinewoods holiday park is situated close to the seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea and has direct access to the beach, the Pinewoods, Holkham Reserve and the North Norfolk Coastal Path.

The caravan is very clean, comfortable and modern with double glazing and central heating throughout making rental available for 9 months of the year (mid-March to New Year inclusive).It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay, we even provide bedding so no need to make beds up on arrival. It has a large south facing sunny decked area ideal for outside relaxing and dining (there is a gate to the decking making it enclosed/safe), plus an additional private garden area, again with a table and chairs.

It has full gas central heating with radiators in every room.

1 master bedroom with a king size bed , en-suite cloakroom with WC and hand basin, dressing table, ample wardrobes/drawers, clock/radio/alarm, LCD TV.

1 twin bedded room with ample wardrobes/drawers, LCD wall mounted TV.

Family shower room with hand basin and WC, mirrored cabinet.

Beautiful modern kitchen, fully equipped with gas oven/grill and hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer.

Dining area, dining table and 4 chairs.

Lounge with a comfortable free standing 3 seater sofa, two seater sofa and armchair, electric fire, 32 HD LED TV with a Humix Freesat Satellite HD Digital Television Recorder, plus a Sony DVD Home theatre and music System with a Cd and radio facility.
