Main Description
Pound Farm is a family run working 80 acre Beef & Sheep farm situated on the edge of the village of Butterleigh, 4 miles off the M5 at junction 28.

We are ideally situated in the heart of Mid Devon great for exploring Exmoor and Dartmoor, both within a 20-mile radius. We are also well situated for exploring both the North and South Devon Coasts.

National Trust House: Killerton House is only 6 miles and Knightshayes Court only 3 miles.

TIVERTON - The market town of Tiverton situated only 3 miles away from Pound farm, boasts a museum and the famous Grand Western Canal. There are supermarkets, takeaways, restaurants, banking facilities and many high street and independent shops.

ACCOMMODATION - We can accommodate a maximum of 7 people in our 2 bedroomed static caravan. The caravan has 1 double bedroom, and a second bedroom having 2 single beds with a bunk above. Both rooms have electric heating. The dining room seating area can be made into a double bed. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, 4 ring electric ceramic hob and a full size oven with grill.

The bathroom comprises of a shower with washbasin. There is a separate WC and additional hand-basin. The lounge has a flat screen television with free-view & built in DVD player. There is a modern brushed stainless steel electric fire with coal effect fuel bed. Iron, Ironing board, kettle, toaster, all utensils Cutlery and crockery are all provided.

There is an adjacent outbuilding/utility room, which you can use for storage of your fishing gear, bait & Wellington boots. There is also a shower and WC within this area. There is a clothes-drying area. This is all provided at no extra cost. There is an additional fridge and an undercounter Freezer.

FISHING - We also provide you with a fishing pond that is stocked with Sliver fish, Roach, Rudd, Tench & Perch. You will be able to fish as many times as you like during your stay at no extra cost.
