Lovely caravan, quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac so no passing traffic or noise. Situated at the nicer end of the park near the Boathouse. Decking is a lovely addition which we enjoyed eating/drinking/relaxing on. Separate toilet was a great help when it came to getting ready. Very clean and lovely bed linen too. First class service from the owner, we will re-book.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We are so pleased that you enjoyed yourselves and we look forward to welcoming you again in the future

We had a brilliant time - the caravan was superbly equipped, and being in a cul de sac meant the boys could play safely outside. Central heating (it got a bit chilly at night) and the good size shower room added to the comfort of our stay. Some decking would be a nice addition in the warmer months but we would have no hesitation in recommending the caravan and will certainly stay again.

We have just returned from a 4 day stay at this caravan and have had a great time. The booking was easy to arrange and communication with the owners Bev and Dave was very good. Upon arrival we found the caravan to be spotless and the beds were all made up which was a real bonus. There was lots to do both on and off the park and the children really appreciated the games in the caravan when the rain came down. Thanks Bev and Dave for hiring your lovely caravan to us. We all had a fab time x
Thank you so much for your kind words. You are welcome to stay anytime

We stayed in Beverly and Daves caravan for a 4 night stay 31/7/17 we found the caravan for hire on a website www.ukcaravanhire.co.uk it was a very reasonable price and when we contacted Beverley she was very quick to respond and very friendly and helpful. We booked straight away and was looking forward to our holiday. She kept in touch and kept us up to date on everything for our holiday. The caravan looked lovely on the photographs but when we got there, we were amazed at how beautiful the caravan was. It was pristine and clean to a very high standard. My children were happy too as it had games included for all ages, a playstation for my elder one and bricks for my younger one which came in handy when we had a shower of rain. The bedrooms were beautifully made up and the beds were very warm and comfy. The bathroom was quite big for a caravan too so plenty of room to get ready in. It also has a separate toilet room too. the caravan is in a quiet culdesac with a space to park your car and a grass area to play with a picnic bench so you can eat outside too. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely homely caravan and would definitely come back. Beverley has been very welcoming in her messages and I felt like I was talking to a friend when we were in contact for the caravan. Lovely caravan and lovely people. Thank you so much for letting us stay :)
Thank you so much for your kind words and do hope that you come back and stay with us another time

We stayed for a short visit. Our first time at Primrose Valley. We usually like smaller sites but this site offers a bit of both. The quieter Lakeside area is lovely with a bar area with a play area, an outside and inside pool and a place for older children to go kayaking! There is also an affordable fairground with rides for all ages. This is a five minute maximum walk to the caravan. You can then get on the Primrose Puffer (!) which is a road train to take you all the way upto the other side of the site-which is the busier side. You will see familiar Haven attractions such as the fun works (arcade) show bar and live lounge (two evening entertainment rooms!) There is also the Mash and Barrell which we went to for the fabulous breakfast with the Seaside Squad. Where they not only came to our table for photographs but they also danced and sang with the kids which went down a treat with our 3 year old. The swimming pools up at this end of the resort are huge and lots of things to do including an anxious elephant slide for the little ones and bigger slides for big kids. As well as some nice bubble areas for the grown ups. All nicely housed right next to the slope which takes you to the beautiful beach, and where you can see Bempton Cliffs and Flamborough Head. Would I go again, Yes! The caravan is situated in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac where the kids can play and have picnics and you can have a cup of tea (or something stronger!!) The van has everything you need as well as a lovely huge bathroom! We will be back for a longer visit soon :-) Booking was easy and straightforward
Thank you for your feedback Becki, I am so pleased you enjoyed your stay and we hope to see you again soon
