We had a lovely stay in your beautiful caravan. The views were stunning, we could never tire of the views across the bay despite the weather! Devon cliffs is a great site, absolutely immaculate, Exmouth is lovely. The caravan is the best one we have ever stayed in, a lovely design, very clean and the bed linen and towels were a lovely touch, Its really nice not to have to make up the beds after a long journey. We would highly recommend it to everyone. We would love to go back and stay again sometime.

We had a lovely time at the caravan. After several hours stuck on the motorway it was great to arrive and have the pleasant surprise of seeing how nice the caravan is. Then we had three days of unbroken sunshine, so it really was a lovely holiday and we would love to go again sometime.

Thank you - we have had a brilliant holiday. The caravan was wonderful, as always, and the location for us was so good. We could walk with the grandson up to the Country Park so bought the annual passes and went there most days for quick visits. Everything about the caravan suited us, ample parking, the decking, the grass for the dogs and close to the centre. The caravan was lovely and the second toilet was great, especially at night.

A high specification, 'Prestige/Platinum With Decking' grade caravan.

The thing which sets this caravan apart is no doubt the wonderful position on the park. It is in exclusive Nutwell Glade on a corner pitch. It has a large grassed area to one side, with a picnic bench and barbecue for your use. The master bedroom is not overlooked and has a view of a pretty rockery area. There is a wrap around veranda and the sea view from this and the lounge is simply breath taking - the photographs do not do it justice. The whole plot has a mixture of trees and hedges giving seclusion and shade as well as open sea views.

The caravan itself is extremely bright and spacious - it is designed to look and feel like a beach hut, but has all the modern conveniences and specification of an up market hotel. Much of the caravan has a vaulted ceiling with the appearance of tongue and groove together with built in spotlights. This not only looks nice but gives added head height for our taller guests.

The caravan has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is the full width of the caravan with a 4'6 divan, room for a travel cot and an ensuite toilet. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds and a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a spacious shower room with a larger than normal shower with separate hand attachment, wash basin and toilet. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped and includes a microwave, built in gas cooker, full sized integrated fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The dining room contains a modern smoked glass table with six chairs. The lounge has free standing sofas with a modern electric woodburner. There is a 32 inch flatscreen TV with freeview and a blueray/DVD player. There is also a small selection of books and DVDs to ensure your time spent within the caravan is as enjoyable as that spent outside. There are further TVs with freeview and dvd players in all three bedrooms. The caravan has gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

The enclosed decking area with secure dog/child gate is a little piece of private and secure outdoor space for your relaxation or alfresco dining. There is a range of rattan furniture provided for your comfort - imagine sitting here during a summer evening with a glass of wine, soaking in the dramatic sea views.

There is a private car parking bay adjacent to the caravan, so no trudging through a muddy field with suitcases and provisions. We have managed to get two large cars parked here. On arrival you simply obtain your key from a key safe situated by the front door - no queuing at reception or lengthy check in procedures.

Well behaved pets are welcome, provided (in the case of dogs) they are not on the dangerous breeds register). Puppies and non house trained dogs are not allowed under any circumstances. On site dogs must be kept on a lead and are not allowed into the complex buildings.

Egyptian cotton bed linen, fluffy white towels and Tea towels are included free of charge and beds will be made up on your arrival.

We make a refundable security charge per booking, per caravan.

‘Nutwell Glade’ is within a few minutes walk of the entertainment complex, launderette, shops, restaurants etc and the private sandy beach with bar is within comfortable walking distance.

We always employ professional cleaners who not only clean thoroughly but continually assess our caravans for ongoing maintenance issues throughout the season. However, deep cleaning and exterior cleaning can only be carried out where breaks in bookings allow.

Smoking is permitted outside the caravan only.

We are happy to accept bookings for any number of nights, subject
to a minimum of three.
